Sierra Park Villas Unit 24

One bedroom, plus loft, 1 and a half bathroom, for up to 4 guests
Looking for a condo that is ideal for a small family or couple? Unit 24 is the cozy, holiday getaway condo for you! Downstairs, it features a relaxed living area with leather couches and a wood-burning stove. And, with a balcony off the living room, vaulted ceilings and an open kitchen, this condo feels open and airy.
Upstairs in the loft, you’ll find a semi-private master bedroom with its own balcony. There’s a separate sleeping area in the loft as well with a trundle bed.
Sierra Park Villas is a condo complex located right in the middle of town! You’ll be just steps away from some of our most popular bars and restaurants, Vons, and a shuttle stop for the Red Line that goes up to the Village and Main Lodge.

The master bedroom in this condo has a king bed and its own flatscreen TV. The second bedroom is set up with a queen bed and twin trundle beds, which can be separated by an installed room-length dividing curtain.
The view from the balcony faces Mammoth Mountain, and Canyon Lodge is just a short walk from this condo!

Unit 121 at Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club is the colorful, cheery condo that is sure to brighten up your holiday season! The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace.
You’ll find a queen and full bathroom in the master bedroom. The second sleeping area is in the loft, outfitted with two full beds. And, for additional sleeping options, the sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed as well.
Discovery 4 Unit 110

With its light gray and sage color-scheme, classic Eastern Sierra decor, and stunning views of the Sherwins, Unit 110 at Discovery 4 is a lovely place to enjoy a Christmas vacation.
For sleeping arrangements, this condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed in the loft, and a twin bed in the alcove.
Discovery 4 is a condo complex off of Lake Mary Road, just down the street from Canyon Lodge. It offers amazing views of the Sherwins and feels like a quiet little snowy oasis while being well connected to all your favorite Mammoth features.

Unit 128 is the warm, cozy cottage-core condo that you’ve been searching for! With homey quilts on each of the beds, super comfortable leather couches, and a traditional stone fireplace, this condo offers all the warmth of a cabin in the woods.
You’ll find a king size bed in the master bedroom along with a private master bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, and the loft features a bunk bed plus two twin beds.

Unit 12 is the quintessential ski lodge condo that will be the ideal home base for your holiday vacation in Mammoth Lakes. From the classic Mammoth ski decor to the flannel-upholstered bar seating to the gorgeous stone fireplace, everything about this condo is nostalgic and festive.
You’ll find a king size bed with a pillow top mattress in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom and a bunk bed in the loft. The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a comfortable queen size bed.
Mountainback at Mammoth is located right down the road from Canyon Lodge so you’ll be within walking distance to the slopes and right up the street from the Village!
Mountainback at Mammoth Unit 62

Unit 62 at Mountainback is bright, light, and colorfully fun! You and your family or group of friends will love the cheery atmosphere of this newly renovated condo that features a large bar connecting the kitchen with the living area, plenty of windows for more natural light, and a beautiful fireplace.
In the master bedroom, there is both a queen size bed and a comfortable futon. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room.
Planning your holiday trip to Mammoth Lakes
The last few weeks of the year are some of our best and busiest here in Mammoth Lakes! So, here are a few things to keep in mind while planning your holiday trip:

Book as soon as possible. As we said, this time of year is busy! So, if you see a condo you like, book as soon as possible before it gets claimed by another family.

Remember that we don’t accept arrivals or departures on Christmas day. We want to make sure that our team is able to spend this special day with family, so our offices will be closed on December 25th. Please plan on booking your arrival and departure with this in mind!

Be patient around town. This is such a magical time of year, but that means that the town can get a bit crowded! Whether you’re waiting in line for the gondola or navigating the aisles at Vons, try to remember to have some patience and spread that holiday cheer.

Be aware of our holiday cancellation policy. We understand that this time of year can be quite hectic, and plans change! Take a look at our cancellation policy to learn more about what to expect when changing or canceling your booking.

Take a look at the weather. If you’re driving up to enjoy the holidays with us, don’t forget to check the weather forecast! We also recommend that you follow CalTrans and our Instagram for updates on road closures and weather conditions.
