Description

Two bedroom fully furnished condo with two full bathrooms that has been recently up-dated with new: carpet, heated flooring, kitchen counters and bar.

Located off Canyon Blvd.During the summer months the mountain bike trails, up-town and down-town are accessible to the property.

This two-bedroom, two bath condo is great for up to 6 people. There is a marked, guaranteed parking space in the garage and it is only 7 steps up to the condo.

MAIN LIVING AREA – Living room has a new (2019) Smart TV (works great with Apple TV, as well), queen sofa sleeper, comfy chairs, games and books, warm gas fireplace stove on a thermostat. The condo has been remodeled with heated floors in the entry/kitchen/upper bathroom, new carpet and furniture.

THE DINING AREA has a table and 6 chairs. There is a private deck off the dining area with a table and two chairs, and views of the mountain and village gondola.

THE KITCHEN is fully stocked with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, baking pans, all sizes of cooking pots, pans and serving dishes.

FULL UPSTAIRS BATHROOM with heated floors, combo bathtub/shower, built in hair dryer.

FULL DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM with heated floors, built in hair dryer. In this bathroom, the toilet and shower/tub are separate from the sink area.

TWO BEDROOMS DOWNSTAIRS – Master has a king bed and flat-screen TV. | Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin trundle beds. There is a curtain to provide privacy between the two sleeping areas. This room also has a flat-screen TV.

On the property there are two indoor year round Jacuzzi’s, with one dry sauna, plus recreational room. During the summer months you will find a heated pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits plus a basketball area. There are also community BBQ’s located around the property.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Our hosts were quick to communicate, checking in and out was very easy, and it's so close to Canyon Lodge you can easily walk there. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay with our 1 year old twins and 4 year old. The place was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and i enjoyed watching mammoth mountain from the couch sipping a cup of coffee. The place is very cozy and gives a very warm feeling of home. the bedrooms are quite bigger than I expected, Worked out great for us. Our kids enjoyed the place a lot.

The photos do not do this condo justice! We were delighted that everything was even better than we expected for our ski weekend lodging. The condo is spacious, easy to heat and cool as needed, has a very well equipped kitchen, and the two full bathrooms were a plus. Beds were quite comfortable and the complex seemed very quiet in the evening. Barely a 10-minute walk to Canyon Lodge. The management was very helpful and quickly sent someone after hours when a light went out in one of the bathrooms (it was a simple fix!) We would definitely stay here for our next trip!

Everything from the layout to the furniture is extremely cozy and inviting. We could not figure out how to get the downstairs to warmer, but the heated floors really do work and the place overall was great to stay at and we look forward to staying again in the near future.

Well appointed condo with a great kitchen— perfect for a 2 night stay for my family. Drove and walked to the resort for skiing— not a super short walk, but easy to manage when we had skiers leaving the condo at different times on Friday morning. Definitely would stay here again!

We had such a great experience! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prep a meal. The furniture was super comfortable too especially after a day of skiing. We loved the large second room downstairs too! Over all a great place to stay!

Cook ware was high end and had all the kitchen gadgets that you have at home including a blender for protein shakes.. Beds were comfortable and the property felt spacious. Especially liked the BBQ and picnic area close to the condo.

Our condo was very homey, updated, and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved shooting hoops on the basketball court, with surrounding spectacular views. All in all, a great experience for our family. We would choose this condo and property again.

Spacious airbnb for plenty of guests right next to the Canyon Lodge. The couches were super comfortable! The only thing I can complain about is how long and steep the driveway is up to the building, very tiring to walk up after snowboarding and can cause your car to slide down when it snows (even with chains) but everything else was great.

Place was clean and well kept; walk to the lift. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking hardware. Felt cozy and plenty warm down stairs in the rooms and the Living room. The Mattress/bed could have been better but that would be the only negative thing I could say.

We had the best stay here while we were up for ski week! The condo was well equipped and a perfect spot to enjoy the snow. It is conveniently located walking (or a very short drive) distance from Canyon Lodge. One day I even enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the snow out the window. It had all the ammenities we needed for our family of 5. We plan on staying here ever trip to Mammoth - winter, spring, summer and fall! Thanks for the great stay!!

You can walk to Canyon Lodge and ski back. Condo is comfortable, cozy, has a well-stocked kitchen, garage is great on snowy days. My husband and I are looking forward to visiting again, maybe in the summer. Lugging skis is not a problem because there are only a few steps to the unit from the garage. The living room is big enough for 6 comfortably and the stove fireplace is cozy and warm. TVs in the two bedrooms as well as the living room better than mine at home!

Only drawback is that the condo is located up a hill. It snowed so we had to put chains on our front wheel drive vehicle.
Manager response: It is always recommended to bring chains to Mammoth during winter months. We're glad you did.

Location of the condo was great and within walking distance to the slopes. Room offered great features such as heated floors and was well stocked with all of the comforts of home. Staff was friendly and accommodating - great trip and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
