Description

This one bedroom and loft is perfect for families looking to travel in comfort. Equipped with household amenities that will make you feel at home, this recently listed condo is also decorated with beautiful paintings and artwork that cover the walls in each room.

Bed Arrangements: The loft has two full beds, a TV, and PlayStation. In the master, you will find comfort in the queen bed with another bathroom. Downstairs, the couch pulls out to sleep extra guests, and the living room has a TV and DVD player.

There is as well, an additional bathroom on the first floor. Finally, this condo is complete with a wonderful view of Dragons Tail of Mammoth Mountain and a partial view of the Sherwins. Perfect for any die hard powder junkie checking the conditions on the tail. As a reminder, this is a no smoking, no pet unit.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps 6.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Having the ski back trail to come back was awesome, though it could be a bit better indicated where to stop and how to get from trail to the condos, there were no signs. Hosts were courteous and let us leave our car parked in garage for a few hours after check out. Super convenient
