Sierra Park Villas
286 Old Mammoth Road
Located at the intersection of Old Mammoth Road and Sierra Nevada Drive, Sierra Park Villas is a quiet condo complex right in the middle of town. Not only will you be right across the street from two of Mammoth’s most popular restaurants, Roberto’s and the Warming Hut, but you’ll be within walking distance to Vons, the movie theater, Yosemite Axe Throwing, and more. Want to use Mammoth’s free transportation? There’s a trolley stop for the Red Line, right outside of Sierra Park Villas!

Sierra Park Villas # 29
2 bedroom with loft, 2 bathrooms, for up to 7 guests
If you’re looking for a true cabin-in-the-mountains feel, unit #29’s use of warm tones and natural materials will certainly deliver! Cuddle up with a blanket and a book on the comfy leather sofa next to the wood burning stove and brew up some hot chocolate for the whole family.
Unit #29 has a new king bed in the master, a queen bed and full/twin bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen bed on the third level.
Sierra Park Villas # 65
1 bedroom with loft, 1.5 bathrooms, for up to 4 guests
Unit #65 is newly remodeled and tucked into one of the quieter corners of the Sierra Park Villa property. Although it’s a bit smaller than the previous two units on the list, you’ll still enjoy a full, spacious kitchen, high ceilings, and a balcony on each level. There’s also a laundry room in the loft!
Unit #65 features a queen bed in the master, and a separate second bedroom with a twin/full bunk bed.
Sierra Park Villas #89
2 bedrooms with loft, 2.5 bathrooms, for up to 7 guests
With a black, white, and red color scheme, unit #89 is modern, sleek and inviting! It features plenty of bar seating and an open layout for lively conversation while cooking dinner or whipping up some apres ski cocktails.
This unit features a king bed in the master, plus a queen bed and twin bed in the loft. A second bedroom has another king bed and full bathroom.
Horizons 4
2113 Meridian Blvd
The Horizons 4 condo complex is located just off of Meridian Blvd, very close to the intersection of Meridian and Old Mammoth Road. That means that you’re just minutes away from Mammoth Coffee Roasting Co, Gojira Ramen & Sushi, Distant Brewing and Vons. You’ll also have your choice of the Purple Line and Red Line from this conveniently located condo complex.

This cozy condo offers its guests the full woodsy experience, with vintage ski memorabilia decor and forest-themed artwork. The living room is set up for quality time after a long day on the slopes or hiking the backcountry. And the full kitchen, which opens up to the living area and separate dining area, is ideal for cooking family meals.
Unit #169 has pillow-top queen beds in both the master and second bedroom. There’s also a bunk bed in the second bedroom.
Forest Creek

Forest Creek is a peaceful condo complex nestled between a downtown residential neighborhood and the Sierra Star golf course. A look out your window and you just might see a few deer nibbling on the golf course lawns or a passing bear.
Forest Creek Unit #3
2 bedrooms, three bathrooms, for up to 8 guests
This unit is the largest on our list of center of town Mammoth condos, with the capacity to welcome up to 8 guests. It has a vintage, Mammoth-in-the-80’s aesthetic, with traditional quilts on the beds and a country-style kitchen.
You’ll find a king size bed in the master, plus a queen bed and bunk beds in the second bedroom. An additional living room on the second floor features a pull-out sofa for more sleeping options.
