Horizons 4 Unit 169 is a nicely decorated and recently remolded. A comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. If you want a home away from home, then this unit is for you; it has all the comforts and convenience of home, combined with the escape to the mountains!

Max Occupancy is 6 people.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a very comfortable pillow top queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a pillow top queen bed as well as a bunk bed for your additional sleeping needs with a 32 INCH flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Unit Amenities: It offers a full size kitchen, living room and separate dining area that leads out to your very own private deck. The deck is stacked with dry, seasoned firewood for your use in the wood stove during the cold winter months. The 2nd bathroom is a full size bathroom with a tub, shower, and a separate vanity area. The full size kitchen has all the basic appliances and equipment for your comfort and convenience. The living room has a flat screen for your viewing pleasure.

On Site Amenities: Walk over to the recreation room and enjoy its amenities, including coin op laundry machines, a pool table, a ping pong table, video games, a soda machine, and small reading area. At the end of your day unwind in the jacuzzi or dry sauna which are open year round.

The property was clean, cozy and comfortable. Conveniently located near Vons and restaurants. Overall a pleasant experience.

Check-in and check-out was easy, without any issues. All major restaurants and grocery stores are located within walking distance. The Village (Mammoths premier event destination) is couple of blocks away. So the location was really good. The apartment unit has all the necessary amenities - full furnished living room with nice recliner and couch to relax after a long day of activities, big dining table with 6 chairs and full kitchen. Beds were comfortable and heaters kept us warm with minus temperature outside. Both bathrooms were okay and clean. My son loved the bunk-bed in his room so that was another plus! Overall I would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Mammoth Lakes area.

We returned to this unit (from a summer visit) for our skiing trip to the mountain

We particularly liked the central location close to the village and the mountains as well as the well equipped kitchen where we could have fun cooking together as a family. The beds were comfy for a good nights sleep and we felt at home there while being there. It also snowed :-) but the walkways were safe at all times. Thank you!

The condo was spacious and we slept comfortably ! The kitchen was well equipped with lots of supplies and sparkling clean. It was so fun cooking together since we did not want to eat out at this time of social distancing. The 2 bathrooms were a bit old but there were plenty of clean towels. They even supplied us with lots of firewood; it felt cozy - even during this pandemic. The location was awesome, it was easy to go everywhere we wanted to. Thank you for an awesome stay !

This condo was fantastic. It is centrally located so accessing the trolley and local eateries and stores is very convenient. The size of the condo is perfect. With a full kitchen, a dining area, and a good sized family room it is easy to spread out. The bedrooms are great too. Two bedrooms with their own full bathrooms is everything you could ask for with a big group. Having two queen beds, a bunk bed, and a pullout couch makes sleeping arrangements very comfortable. The most important thing was that the condo was very clean with plenty of soap and towels.

Our original reservation was accepted for another location which ended up not being available despite what their website stated. Their after-hours check in was smooth. The room itself was filled with older decor. When we moved the coffee table to open the sofa bed, the floor looked as though it wasn't vacuumed recently. The toilets are older and needed to be plunged on more than one occasion. (Luckily there was a plunger available in one of the bathrooms) The shower door is so low my husband (who is 6ft) could completely see over it and the shower head came to his neck. The Internet connection was REALLY slow. We requested to extend our stay by two nights which they graciously did,but we received a phone call the next morning from the maid asking if we were out yet so she could come clean the room. She hadn't been informed of our extension. We also felt that washing dishes and taking our the trash should be covered in the cleaning fee that we paid. We complied, but felt that for the amount of money paid, that it should be covered. All in all, the people were very pleasant but the location was a but disappointing.

I can easily say that this weekend was the most fun for me after a long time .. and a lot of it was due to the service and the accommodation provided to us by Jeff and Kim They were always prompt to reply to any queries we had (and we had a lot ) and once we got to the condo it was clean and well stocked The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances that you could ask for The freezer had ice for our cooler and the coffee was stocked for the next morning The beds were clean and the restrooms were stocked with soap shampoo etc All in all a five star experience
