Discovery 4 is a tranquil condo complex located just off Lake Mary Road. You’ll enjoy the shade of mature pine trees in and around every building on the property, plus stunning views of the Sherwins.

Unit 135 at Discovery 4 is ideal for small families, couples, or even folks on a solo trip to the mountains. This condo has a warm, homey vibe, comfortable living area, cozy queen in the master and a set of full sized twin bunks in the nook.

If you’re planning a group trip up to Mammoth Lakes, Unit 150 will feel like your fun home base after a long day of hiking or hitting the slopes. It’s outfitted with a large, welcoming L-shaped couch in the living room plus a spacious dining table and fully-equipped kitchen that is open to the rest of the living area.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, Unit 150 offers lots of flexibility, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and second bedroom, plus 4 twin beds in the loft.

Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club is great for anyone who wants a real slope-side experience. This condo complex is located right down the road from Canyon Lodge, so you can be the first ones in the lift line…if you can get the family out of their nice, warm beds, that is!
Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club Unit 1
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, for up to 6 guests
The first thing you’ll notice when walking into Unit 1 are two large sliding glass doors that open onto a large, beautiful balcony. Your group will love waking up every morning to that bright, gorgeous forest view and sitting down for family meals at the large dining table.
This two bedroom/two bath offers a king sized bed in the master and a queen and trundle bed in the second bedroom. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional bed.

Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club Unit 82

Like Unit 1 on our list, this 2 bedroom condo features a spacious balcony with double sliding glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and mountain views. And with beautiful wood accents, a natural stone fireplace and vintage Mammoth decor, you’ll feel right at home in this cabin in the woods.
For your sleeping arrangements, Unit 82 has a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom.

Sierra Park Villas

This condo complex is right in the middle of downtown Mammoth Lakes! You’ll have easy access to Vons Grocery Store, all the town-favorite restaurants, and one of the major bus lines that will take you right up to Main Lodge.
2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathrooms, for up to 8 guests
This spacious, airy apartment is perfect for large groups. Sink into the large, L-shaped sofa in the living room in front of the wood burning stove and enjoy the view of pine trees right outside the window. The renovated kitchen in Unit 3 features new appliances and marble countertops and is open to the rest of the living area for more connection and quality time.
The master bedroom of this unit features a king bed, and there are five beds in the loft: one full bed and two sets of twin sized bunks.

Located conveniently on Lakeview Blvd, Mountainback is a sprawling condo complex right down the street from Canyon Lodge. You’ll be minutes away from the slopes!

This woodsy, warm condo is one of our most popular units at Mountainback! And with a beautifully renovated kitchen, welcoming living areas, and stunning traditional fireplace, it’s easy to see the draw!
This condo features a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living room and a trundle bed in the private den.
