Description

This 3 bedroom with loft year round property is ideal for any large family or multiple families vacationing together. The spacious floor plan and many sleeping options create a great space for relaxing and enjoying after a long day adventuring around Mammoth.

Maximum Occupancy is 10 people! WiFi in the unit.

Bed Arrangement: There is a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the loft. This unit also has a additional den with semi enclosure for privacy with a euro bunk bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room for an additional sleeper!

Unit Amenities: There is a flat screen TV and VCR in the living room and also a wood burning stove to cozy up to. A fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig K cup so please remember to bring your favorite K cup beverage, WIRELESS connection compliments of the owners and 3 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer are also available for use!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

Mountainback Amenities:The premises has 6 jacuzzi's and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Great group condo and short walk to Canyon.

Clean comfy and spacious for the 7 of us. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the walking distance to the slopes was a big plus. I arrived early and even though check-in was at 4pm the office called as soon as the condo was cleaned and they let me in just before 2 which I appreciated a lot.

The place was very clean and complete with towels and toilet paper and beds made. It was a great place in a great location and we experienced absolutely no issues.

By the looks of the photo it does not look huge but it hosted our group of 10 very well! There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower which was nice. There are a few mini stair cases from the parking garage to the condo. The shuttle is also outside to the right which we did not know so we ended up walking up the hill to the mountain. The kitchen is stocked with lots of pots and pans which I care about since I usually am the one cooking! Also I would count the couch and sitting window sitting are as 3 spots to sleep. Super comfy! Mgmt was also very great!
