Description

This one bedroom loft is a stone throw away from Canyon Lodge, free WiFi, sleeps up to 4 people with 2 full bathrooms. Conveniently located on Canyon Blvd, making it a skip and hop to the lifts!

Bedding Arrangements: The master bedroom has a king size bed and the loft has a 2 twin beds with a sofa for lounging. The living room and loft has flat screen TV's.

Unit Amenities: With a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook to your hearts content. The unit has a wood burning fireplace and electric heaters to keep you toasty in the winter season. A bathroom downstairs and in the loft with a living room where you can put your feet up to relax after your favorite outdoor activities.

Common area amenities: Swimming pool open in the summer months, jacuzzi, sauna, coin op laundry on site, bbq area and a recreation room!

My family of four fit perfectly in Chamonix 36.<br/>The house is warm, inviting and the upstairs loft was perfect for our two tween/teen boys. The condo had everything we would have expected and we loved the wood burning fireplace! <br/>And, of course, the fact that we could walk to Canyon every day was a huge bonus!

This is one of the best locations you could choose in Mammoth. I grew up visiting Mammoth and stayed at a family property across the street from Chamonix, so I’m familiar with the area. This location is walking distance to Canyon lodge, the gondola, and walking distance to downtown if you’re up for a slightly more exercise. Not only was the location great, but the inside was so cozy and had lovely mountain decor. Just remember to read the directions on check in - you pick up your keys at the office downtown, not at Chamonix.

We had a great time. Steps to lifts and Canyon Lodge. You absolutely can not beat the location. The rec room is beautiful and my son really enjoyed the pool table. The two Jacuzzi's were hot and ready for use after a day of snowboarding. There was no light upstairs for the ping pong table and foos ball, seems like it is a work in progress up there. our condo was cozy and the free firewood was very much appreciated! There could be minor updates with some of the appliances and the furniture in the condo, but definitely not a deal breaker for us. I would recommend this condo and I would like to book it again in the future.

The property had everything we needed for accommodations. It was clean and very tidy with the bed sheets and bathrooms very clean. It was also very quiet. It could have been we were there during the week, but I will take it. It was a short walk to Canyon Lodge and no need to drive. Would definitely recommend anyone who would rent this property. I know I would if I get another opportunity. Thank you.

We had a great time here over the long weekend. Super cute and cozy cabin, located a quick walk from canyon lodge. One wish is we could have brought our dog, but the property is no pets. Other than that perfect spot!

The off-hour check-in package includes very clear instructions. The apartment is very clean and spacious - driving to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort takes about only 10 mins from here. The heater is very powerful so you will not need to worry about the cold temperature at night. Would stay here again next time and highly recommend!

Check in was easy, we just had to get keys from a lockbox off property. No contact. The condo was clean and comfortable. The listing said we should bring our own blankets, but the beds were made up with sheets, a blanket and a quilted bedspread, so we didn't need any more. The coldblooded might want to bring extra blankets. The bed was very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living area was also comfortable. This unit does include firewood and fireplace tools for a wonderful fire. I would certainly rent this unit again. A little dated, but we did not care about that. I eagerly look forward to when the spa can be open again!
