Walking distance to Canyon Lodge in the winter and steps from biking and hiking trails and tennis court in the summer. An indoor jacuzzi is located right across the way so you can relax after a day of playing outdoors.

With the master bedroom at one end and the second bedroom on the other side of the living room, this layout affords the most privacy. Each bedroom has a queen bed with their own private bathroom.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a flat screen TV and blu ray DVD player. The 2 bedrooms also have flat screen TV's and DVD players.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV

Views: This condo has partial views of Mammoth Mountain!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

Come stay in this unit and you will feel right at home.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
