This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a meal for the whole family. A warm propane fireplace to enjoy and comfortable leather couches to watch the flat screen tv after a long day of being on the slopes. This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps six people. | | Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king and a Euro bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top)

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a TV, couches and a wonderful view of Mammoth Mountain.

This unit is located on the lower road with minimal stairs (6) to get to the front door. This condo is 2 levels. The top level is the kitchen, living and dining rooms with one bathroom. The bedrooms and other bathroom are located downstairs.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This condo enjoys a partial view of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. | | Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed garage spot. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club is within walking distance to Canyon Lodge.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Great location, my car was too tall for the covered garage but there was ample parking outside. The property host Matt was very helpful during check in. The unit is clean. Great view from inside the unit. Same level as parking garage, priceless.

This pet friendly condo has a nice location away from the center of town but close enough for a short drive. The condo is well appointed. At the last minute we decided not to bring our 2 chihuahuas, which turned out to be a good idea as their are 14 steps between the bedrooms and the living area that would not have worked for them. There is also limited grass area within the complex, so you might end up walking pets up and down the hill to street level quite a bit. Otherwise the photos show how nice this place is. Oh, and consider bringing your own pillow if you don't like the high loft ones provided.

Our family loved this two story condo. It was fully stocked with linens, towels, cooking supplies and other basic necessities. They had a nice stack of family friendly board games, which we enjoyed on our downtime. The living space is cozy and clean, as well as the bedrooms. There was a garage with an assigned spot and plenty of extra parking. The complex is super close to the lift and several shops and restaurants. We will absolutely keep our eyes on this unit for future trips. One helpful hint of booking on VRBO- when you arrive, you need to go to the office to check in. If you arrive after hours, pick up the red phone and the person on the other line will help you open the lock box and find your envelope to enter the space.

Comfortable property that was well equipped for our family of four. Great dog-friendly unit. Has the potential to be loud if neighbors aren’t respectful, but everyone was fantastic. Would book again.

The property is very comfortable, easily accessible, and the garage parking is very convenient for snowy days. The proximity to the canyon lodge made this property a great choice for hitting the lifts early on a powder day! It’s hard to find a good, pet friendly property in mammoth that is clean and comfortable and this place has it all.

Nice property, good view of the mountains, good location, interior decorated well. Tv's and electronics were up to today's standards.<br/>Beds and couches were well broken in and could use an upgrade but otherwise were ok.

Mammoth blizzard vacation

We had a great stay at this property. We brought our husky with us and he enjoyed it as well. It was a short walk to the lifts at canyon lodge. To be honest the pictures did not do the place justice. It was a lot more spacious than I had originally thought it would be. Only complaint is the WiFi and tv’s in the bedroom. Very bad WiFi and the tvs coul not even load any of their apps. But we weren’t there for the tv so we still had a great time. Beds were comfortable, lots of dishes and pots and pans to cook with. Would definitely stay again.
Manager response: Sorry about the Wifi, it is very spotty since we are in a rural mountain area.
