Silver Bear unit #40 comfortably sleeps 6 people, located on the third floor with private internet.

This is a very elegant 2 bedroom/loft/3 bath condominium with a full size kitchen, separate dining area, and a spacious living room with beautiful views of the Sherwins,This unit is Not Pet Friendly . The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, a large 27” flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a beautiful private remodeled full bathroom with blow dryer.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 27 INCH TV and DVD player. The loft has 2 twin beds. The living room has a 32 INCH flat screen TV and a DVD player. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

There is free wifi and also a gas fireplace to keep you toasty and warm for the winter months.Silver Bear #40 is located within walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The unit has two master suites downstairs both with attached bathrooms and a 3rd bedroom upstairs.

There is one space for parking in the garage and additional outside guest parking. This building has an elevator. Silver Bear project amenities include a pool, spa, barbecue, and game area.You can't get any closer to Canyon Lodge than Silver Bear Condos!! At only 300 yards, you can roll out of bed and into the ski lifts 7,8,16, or 17!!

These units come completely stocked with everything that is needed for a completely wonderful vacation.The complex is located on the shuttle route for easy access to town as well as within a few minute walk to Canyon Lodge for access to Mammoth Mountain. These units are also minutes away from world class fishing, picturesque hiking trails, and beautiful golf courses.

A very spacious comfortable place. It is dated but with quality furniture/ decoration. The only thing missing is a crock pot. Still excellent!!

Will definitely repeat. Although is really close from the ski lifts you will still need to make a 6 minutes walk on the road. the condo is great!

Nice place. Internet didn't work but they tried to fix it. Door code to building was wrong but we sorted it out by calling the mgmt. All else was great.

Comfortable, and easy check in process. When the heater was not working they responded quickly and fixed the issue right away. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo!

Loved the condo so much! High ceilings and cozy furniture and great space. Unit is in great condition and we cant wait to go back. Very short walk to lifts and garage parking was ideal. The gas gireplace was perfect as well. Everything we wanted and more.

We loved our stay at Silver Bear! The condo was great, bigger than expected, and communication was very good. The condo was very clean and just a short walk up the hill to Canyon Lodge. Parking was super easy with one garage spot and one spot just outside of the garage. Nice to have an elevator and ski locker in the garage.

We have stayed at Silver Bear (other units) multiple times and it is a great place to stay while on a ski trip to Mammoth. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge and has a great garage to park your car out of the weather. The place itself is pretty dated like almost all of the condos in mammoth so don’t expect the most lavish style but it’s really cozy and was great for our family of 7.

Staying at Silver Bear Condo #40 was a dream. Roomy, comfortable, and garage parking made our stay a joy despite a major power outage throughout Mono County. Luckily, we had the ever helpful and friendly Melody at Mammoth Mountain Reservations there to help guide us through the darkness. Melody texted or called to update us on the blackout and luckily the power was out while we were out fishing. Later that Saturday Melody called to tell us the power was back on and we returned to relax in our comfy condo without missing a beat. Thank you, Melody.

We stayed in Silverbear 40. This is a very nice, spacious place that comfortably sleeps 6. It is walking distance to the Canyon lodge, even in a snow storm! Covered parking is great. The condos have an indoor and outdoor hot tub, as well as a sauna. I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Large and conform. The only complain is the A/C does not work, if sleep in the loft it is very hot
