Description

Stay in Convenient Mountain Luxury! The pine trees just outside the large living room and
kitchen windows of this condominium will give you a real mountain cabin experience.

In 2022, the fixtures, wood flooring, carpet, mattresses, pillows, wood burning stove, grill, electronics,
and furniture were all completely replaced. The condo is located across the street from the ski lift shuttle for easy access to the slopes, lodges, and adventure areas along with walking distance to restaurants, bars, bowling and
grocery stores.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit can accommodate a total of 8 people with parking permits for 2
cars.

Bed Arrangements: The master bedroom, with a full bath, has a Queen bed, and a 42 inch flat
screen TV. The second bedroom has full size and twin beds along with a 40” TV. The loft has a
great bunk bed (perfect for kids) with a second bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa in
the sectional.

Unit Amenities: The living room has abundant comfortable seating, a large wood burning stove,
and a 65” flat screen TV w/ HDMI connections for DVD players / Roku’s. There are electric wall
heaters and humidifiers in the living room and bedrooms. There are ceiling and floor fans for warmer
summer months. The open kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counterspace, and seating
for 6 at the dining table. The balcony has table seating for 4 (summer only), and a propane grill.
The loft has a built-in desk for remote work or schoolwork. The condo comes with
complimentary high speed WIFI access and cable tv.

On Site Amenities: community laundry, tennis courts (summer only) which also serve as the
snow play area (fall-spring), pool (summer only) & spa (year-round).
Internet is provided as a complimentary service but is not guaranteed against connectivity
problems/failures.

Our HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of the units. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy

We had a very nice stay overall

The house was clean, cozy, and in a great location—close to everything, which made getting around easy and convenient. The space itself was comfortable and well kept. The only issue was that the internet never worked during our stay. We tried everything we could to fix it, but it was never resolved, which was frustrating, especially since we were not able to watch a movie with the kids at the end of the day. Aside from the internet issue, we really enjoyed the home.
Manager response: We apologize about the internet, it seems to happen often during the holiday period.

spacious, clean and location is great. 10 min drive to mill, even shorter to the Village. Coffee and food nearby. And the hot tub, sauna are a great amenity. Thank you always!!

Condo tastefully renovated w lots of thoughtful touches such as blanket on couch, and humidifiers in all the rooms. Loft area little tight/no privacy for changing, but can change in bathroom or bedroom thats few feet away. Plenty of firewood on balcony. TV in family room was a smart TV, TVs in bedroom have basic cable, so bring a firestick or chromecast with you if you need it. Walkable to restaurants & Vons. Took the kids with us to carry our groceries since we didn't feel like driving in the snow. Building located closest to the street, so quick walk to the red line shuttle stop. Can also catch purple line on opposite end of the property. Host accommodating with leaving us extra towels at the main office for kids to use after hot tub. Very responsive when we had a hard time with the deadbolt. Need to play with the key a little to unlock. OVERALL, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION, UPDATED. BETTER THAN ANTICIPATED.

The unit was great for our 5 night stay. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plates/utensils for our family of five. Its nice to be close to Vons and restaurants as well.
