Upgrades: The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been renovated with new counter tops! Newer pellet stove in the unit!

Window shades operated by remote.

Unit Amenities: Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure. Washer and dryer machines are available for use! Has secured WIFI in the unit! Cozy fireplace included and balcony to take in views!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

The premises has 6 jacuzzis and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

We enjoyed our stay the location was great for access to the ski resort and easy to town for more supplies the staff was very friendly and helpful answering our questions the property was clean and well stocked for our needs. We will be back.

The unit was great! It had a nice open layout, the kitchen was well set up, the heater worked great :) Having covered parking was fabulous in a blizzard! I liked the location as the family could walk home from the slopes if needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. - Thank you to the owners for opening their home and caring for it!

The experience at Mountainback 72 was great! the location was easy, the covered parking was fabulous during blizzard weather, and the kitchen was fully stocked. I liked the layout and loved all the windows! Houskeeping missed a couple of things, but it was a very busy time and we were told they were shorthanded. Communication was great and the office staff friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our condo at Mountain back from the moment we series to the time we had to say goodbye. Excellent location, just minutes from the slopes either walking, or on the convenient busses that passed by every 20 minutes taking us directly to the slopes or the village where the ski rentals and gondola are.<br/><br/>The condo is perfect for a family of four, master bedroom is private with large tub and dressing area. Kids live their private bathroom, and we all loved the spacious living room with large windows, fire place and seating area. <br/><br/>The kitchen and prep area has two sinks, plenty of counter space for meal prep, just perfect for creating home cooked meals during our stay. <br/><br/>Our only disappointment is our trip was at the end of our travel ski season so we cannot return until next winter. My family and i thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful getaway and look forward to the day we return.

The place has a great view of the neighborhood and it was really nice to see it covered in snow. All the amenities worked fine and we had no issue. Place is clean and really close to the Mammoth lifts. When the mountain parking lot was full cars would park all the way in front of the complex so it's totally walkable from the place to the lifts.

This was a perfect condo! I read the reviews so I felt pretty confident, but was worried about the space not being kid friendly as we traveled with our 1 and 2 year olds. It was just perfect! The space was huge, the carpet helped ease my mind that the kids wouldnt tumble on tile, it was perfectly decorated and I didnt have to follow the kids around making sure they werent knocking anything down. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We did cook almost every meal here too. The washer/dryer was a life saver. The entire place was also spotless! Super clean and had plenty of towels and even provided travel shampoo/Lotion/soap. This spot is on the first floor above the parking garage and I couldnt even tell we had neighbors it was so quiet and peaceful. Really close to town but a little outside which we loved. Will definitely stay here again!

We stay at a lot of condos but seek out this unit when it&#039;s available. It&#039;s on Lakeview, right next to a bus stop; there is dedicated underground parking; and the unit is very large with lots of light. I think it&#039;s the best-equipped kitchen of any I have stayed in at Mammoth. It has everything you would expect -- good TV, wi-fi, woodburning stove, a nice tub in the master bath, and other little touches that make staying here very pleasant.

Unit #72 was just perfect. I rented it for myself and three teenage boys. Accomodations were fabulous.....super large, bright corner unit that had plenty of space for everyone. Bathrooms and kitchens were nicely updated. Kitchen was nicely supplied with all the utensils and plates and cookware that you could need. Super close to the blue line that got you back and forth to canyon lodge. Underground parking was a HUGE plus. I would definitely rent this unit again!

Way Classier Than the Average Mammoth Condo

We have stayed at #72 several times. We like this condo because (1) it&#039;s big -- big enough for two couples to be comfortable and not bump into each other, and with a couch that&#039;s great for a kid of any size; (2) the kitchen is renovated and the best-equipped that I have seen in Mammoth; (3) it has amenities like motorized window shades, lights on dimmers, two humidifiers and a washer/drier; (4) parking is underneath and out of the snow; (5) it&#039;s about 50 yards from the bus stop so you don&#039;t have to move the car if the roads are full of snow; (6) the building is well maintained and not shabby like so many of the 40-year-old Mammoth condo developments. Sure it&#039;s a bit more expensive but you get a lot more.

Very clean large bedrooms and full spacious bathrooms. Nice view from the large windows and the underground parking is great. The location is conveniently located between The Village and Canyon Lodge lifts.

This condo was home away from home. The kitchen has everything possibly needed even a blender and coffee grinder (which I usually need to bring myself). Our king size bed was comfortable. The skiing was .3 miles to canyon lodge at mammoth going up hill. The blue line shuttle stop is by the condo office and is free. We will be back!!!
