Maximum Occupancy: Mountainback 56 can sleep 6-7 people!

Bed Arrangement: Master bedroom has a Casper king bed and second bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has a euro bunk bed. The living room's L shaped sofa can serve as an extra sleeper.

Televisions: There are flatscreen TV's in both bedrooms and another one in the living room!

Unit Amenities: The newly upgraded kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils for your cooking pleasure. Washing machine and dryer are also available for use! WIRELESS internet connection in unit!

Upgrades: Remodel completed 12/22/14. This unit is nearly all brand new. All furnishings and appliances are brand new, open concept kitchen with granite counter tops.

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge is perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

The premises has 6 jacuzzis and 1 swimming pool with BBQ area! (pool open in the summer only)

We had a great stay at this property. The kitchen was large and well equipped, there was a washer/dryer inside the unit and the whole place was clean and comfy. A home away from home. We would stay here again in the future

Was so happy with the 1st visit, we re-rented the same condo again. Again, absolutely no complaints. The place is is a perfect combination of modern with that rustic cabin touch. The stand out for me is that everything is quality vs just a rental where owners do not invest in the place. Everything you need for cooking your meals and relaxing after a day of activities. Recommend to anyone.

The unit was very nice and clean. It was pleasantly updated and had all of the amenities that we needed. We had seven people in the unit, so it was a bit small for us, but we would definitely rent it again with a smaller party. I would give it a five-star rating overall.

There were 7 of us (4 adults, 3 teens). The location is excellent. If you have a car, parking is in the garage underneath the building. The bus stop for the free shuttle bus is in front of the condo (bus stop 76). The bus takes you to the free gondola, the village for restaurants and a few shops, or right up the mountain to Canyon Lodge. After skiing, you can take the free bus from Canyon Lodge back to the condo and it takes only 5 minutes, it’s that close. The open kitchen is the heart of the condo and it’s well equipped. We appreciated the kitchen being large enough to cook a few meals after a long day skiing. The rooms and bathrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. One area of improvement is the bunk bed in the loft. The top bed is not very sturdy and the whole thing shakes when you climb in/out of bed. We did not try the jacuzzi, it did not look inviting at all, which was disappointing. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave us a late check out and allowed us to store our luggage at the office while we skied on departure day. We highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with the unit. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Long walk to Canyon Lodge, but doable.

Really nice updated condo (new kitchen and bathrooms) with lots of room for the 5 of us. Only 1/2 mile from Canyon, it was easy to drop off skiers in the morning and walk over to meet them for lunch. There was also a shuttle stop right outside which would go to Canyon or the Village. My only issue was the parking - underground parking for 2 cars was included. The first spot was reserved for this unit and the second spot was first come first served. The spot assigned to this unit was a very tight spot right next to a concrete wall. With an SUV already parked in the adjoining spot and with a Ford Expedition sized vehicle, it was impossible to maneuver in and out of this assigned spot. Luckily, there was always an open spot in the unassigned parking and we only had one car to park. If all of those other spots were taken, we would have been in trouble. That is the only reason I would consider not staying in this unit again and the reason I gave it 4 stars.

This unit was perfect. We were four professionals who were looking for a nice snowboarding weekend in Mammoth. The unit has a master bedroom with an upgraded master bath, a second bedroom across the hallway from another full bath, then the loft with bunk beds and third full bath. The kitchen is fully upgraded with all your necessary kitchen appliances. The place was clean, well cared for, and conveniently located. You have to walk outdoors for about 100 ft to reach the hot tub. The complex is located about 1/2 mile down the road from Canyon Lodge. Overall - a great spot that I'd definitely return to.

An updated, clean, spacious condo with great host communication! This is my favorite rental in Mammoth. I cannot wait to go back! I recommend getting/finding instruction on TV use from the host. Enjoy your stay in this great space. I will be back...and that is not something I say about all condos in the area!

We had a great time in this space. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Beds were a tad hard and the place got super hot overnight (even with heater off) but the location is prime and within a 10-15 minute walk to canyon lodge. There is a bus stop immediately out front which made getting to the village super easy. Very happy with your stay!
