This 2 level unit is a definite family pleaser!! It can sleep up to 12 people!

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flatscreen, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, the loft also has a queen size euro bunk bed and the loft extension has 2 sets of euro bunk beds.

Condo Amenities: This unit has all the comforts of home with granite counter tops, slate floors, stainless steel appliances and flatscreen tvs! WIRELESS connection, compliments of the owners. The kitchen is also fully equipped for your cooking pleasure.

Views: When you stay in this unit you can enjoy a nice view of the Sherwins!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

The premises has 6 jacuzzis and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Walking distance to the ski resort. We received three parking spots. The only problems were limited hand soap and limited coffee cups for the amount of people that can fit in the Airbnb.
Manager response: Please know, per California Law, we can no longer leave the little toiletries (shampoos, conditioner and bar soaps) in the units effective January 1, 2024. You should have received an email 4 days before your arrival notifying you of this. We have let the owners know that they are needing more mugs. They are having some delivered soon. Thank you.

Check in and check out was very straight forward and the process was communicated very clearly to us. Pretty much everything about this unit was as advertised and there were no surprises at all. Hot water was not as much of an issue as other reviews seem to make it. Just don't take super long showers and be sure to space them out somewhat. Would definitely come back!

My group of 12 people had a wonderful stay! The loft is clean, cozy, and well equipped. We were able to use the cooking equipment and dishes to make meals. There is also sheltered parking so your car does not get trapped and covered in snow. The location is also very convenient! It is a ~10 minute drive to the Mammoth Village. The only downsides are that there were only 6 chairs at the dining table and 7 towels in the bathrooms.

Great location, could comfortably accommodate 12 people. Check in was smooth, kitchen had enough pots and pans to make meals for 12. Furniture could use upgrade and it would be good to have portable air coolers upstairs as it can get very warm in the summer.

Clean, everything you need is there. Very close and convenient to Canyon lodge. Plenty of seats to get a group around the table. Internet was a little slow and could not handle two people streaming. Nice to have underground parking.

We went to Mammoth to celebrate my Bday with our family of 10 people. This cabin was cozy and clean. The location was superb. We were able to walk to the twin lakes and drive to other trails. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The staff was very helpful throughout the weekend.

Great place. Stayed warm and right next to the 76 bus stop. Only issue was the beds were a little uncomfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillow if you like a thicker pillow.

Close to trails, lakes, dining and shopping. Check in was super easy with friendly service. Had the pleasure meeting the owners! Any problems we may have encountered the owners wanted to know to maintain their home for future guests. Talk about fully vested in a place they love. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone and would stay again and again. Last but not least the price was perfect! So many places have increased in price it makes it difficult to enjoy one of our long time favorite vacation getaways. Thank you and hopefully we see you soon!!!

The property was really nice. The only issue we really had was that the Jacuzzi was not turned on higher then 80 which makes for a not so great dip when there is snow on the ground. Other then that everything else was great.
Manager response: Thank you for your review, please keep in mind that there's 5-6 jacuzzis up and running during the winter months. The jacuzzi hours are from 3pm-10pm.

This place was great! Our group had 12 people and everyone had space for a bed! It was spacious yet cozy and everyone was delighted with the set up. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and the upstairs loft is filled with multiple bunkbeds and a connected bathroom. We absolutely adored this place. It is about a 10-15 min walking distance to the lodge as well --After a long day of snowboarding, you can hop on the "Blue line" bus from Canyon Lodge--- you can pull the string and stop at 76 where it will take you right back to this place. #convenient All in all, this place was rad, and our company is looking to stay at this place next year for our annual leaders trip!

Great for our group of 10. Several hot tubs on the property - we were able to have one all to ourselves when we wanted it! And management was very responsive when we had a plumbing issue. I would stay there again!
