Description

This 2 bedroom with a den unit is very nice, comfortable, spacious and receives ample natural light! The living room has a great seating area for reading or to enjoy the view! WiFi and all the comforts of home!

Maximum Occupancy: It can sleep a maximum of 8 people.

Bedroom Arrangement: The Master bedroom has a king bed, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the den. The living room sofa sleeper is not functional at this time but there is a queen air mattress in the unit for added sleeping space!

Television and other Console: Flatscreen TV in both master bedroom and living room! Living room also has VCR DVD player, WIRELESS connection (instructions are in the unit).

Condo Amenities: Kitchen is fully equipped, offers free WiFi, and washer and dryer are in unit!! All the amenities of home but you're surrounded by the breathtaking Mammoth Lakes!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

The premises has 6 jacuzzi's and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

We had a great time staying at this condo. Close to Canyon Lodge. We had six people and fit very comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again. Thanks!

The location is definitely one of the best parts of this place-- though every other aspect of the place is just as wonderful. You're WALKING distance from Canyon Lodge (yes, even during those snowy days we visited on). The covered parking is really excellent for those of us who despise scraping ice off our windows every time we drive. The place fits many very comfortably and really provides a nice cabin like feel to your stay. The beds are all comfy and there's plenty of extra bedding if you're really cold. The fireplace adds a nice touch of mountain vibes to the location. All in all, this was my favorite rental in my 20+ years of visiting Mammoth!
