Mountainback Unit 120 newly remodeled, new floors, kitchen, appliances and beds. This is the unit for you if you want to be the first on the lifts! Condo 120 is also perfect for relaxing after a day of adventuring Mammoth!

Maximum Occupancy: This condo sleeps 7 comfortably.

Bed Arrangement: This unit has a queen in both the master and second bedroom and a euro bunk bed in the loft, this unit comfortably sleeps 7 people.

Unit Amenities: There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. WIRELESS connection available compliments of the owner. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure, with all new stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer are also available for use!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

The premises has 6 jacuzzi's and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Comfortable and Clean and Walking Distance to Canyon Lodge

The cabin was immaculate. It was very comfortable too. It took us about 8 minutes to walk to Canyon Lodge in regular snow boots. We left all the ski gear in lockers at the mountain. There is a great kitchen if you plan to cook meals.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. New looking, well-equipped kitchen & bathrooms. Smart TVs with cable & access to streaming services. Quick walk to Canyon Lodge, not far from grocery store & village area with shops and restaurants. We had a great time here.

Comfortable Mammoth ski condo

The condo was spacious and very comfortable for our family ski trip to Mammoth. The furniture and decor is slightly dated, but the updated bathrooms and kitchen were great. The location is conveniently within walking distance from Canyon Lodge, even in ski boots.

Really enjoyed your condo!! Good location. Suggestions for future rentals would be to provide bar or pump soap in bathroom sinks ,dish towels and kitchen trash bags Dryer does not work very well- had to run the cycles 3-5 times to dry the clothes ! Also let renters know they have to hike up three levels of stairs from parking garage
Manager response: Thank You for your feedback. the dryer has been fixed. We do not have elevators. Bar soap has been provided for future stays

The location was great and the condo was spacious! Very clean ! The only issues and suggestions would be to let people know they have to climb 3 levels from the parking garage and in the elevation going up and down with luggage is quite a workout ! The dryer is not efficient. Had to run each load at least 3 times to dry. There is no hand soap in the bathrooms Had to buy some. There is no remote for the TV in the hall bedroom. Could not watch it. The door in the master bedroom going out to the patio is extremely hard to open and close. The windows throughout the condo are extremely hard to open and close. There is no AC. The fireplace has no directions for use. Not enough couch space and comfortable chairs in the living room for 6 people.
