Bedroom Arrangement: There is a king size bed in the upstairs loft, a full bathroom and a great couch to relax on while enjoying the flat screen TV. The sofa downstairs also pulls out and a full bathroom off set from the living room.

Unit Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, oven, stove, microwave, toaster. dishwasher refrigerator and coffee maker. A flat screen TV in the living room, plenty of seating area and pellet stove to keep you toasty during the winter months. With great cooking sets and utensils, you can cook to your hearts desire!

Common area amenities: There are BBQ grills set out for your use, sauna and jacuzzi area for your enjoyment. A coin op laundry on site.

Everything is in excellent condition, one of the cleanest and newest I have seen in Mammoth. If using the sofa bed be aware that the large size of the furniture takes up most of the floor space. We were there for skiing, and some hooks to hang jackets and a tray or mat for boots would be great additions. We ran into a neighbor in the hall on our way in who said he hoped we didn't plan to party, and it's true that you can hear noise from other units. Mammoth Mountain Reservations was helpful and responsive.

Nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. Quiet and convenient location - close to Vons, shuttle stops, mountaineering supply store… the rental office was responsive to our questions and needs. Mid July, the attic bedroom was quite hot to sleep comfortably. Leaving the patio door open would have been ideal however the downstairs tenants were heavily smoking on their patio causing the smoke smuggle into our unit.

The coffee maker is a Keurig, so bring k-cups if you drink coffee. The upstairs bed is a quite comfortable king. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. (We never experienced any complaints of noise from the neighbors, as some other guests have reported.) This is a REALLY NICE upstairs unit!!

Amazing stay! Place was clean and check-in was easy. Loft got hot at night so after our first night we choose to sleep downstairs in the pull out bed. I gave 4/5 stars because although we are non-rowdy folks, we could not have the TV on past 10pm because walls are thin and neighbor complained he could hear. Overall a great stay.

We liked the stay. The apartment is clean and you can feel that it’s newly remodeled with a good tv, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture. Jacuzzi was great after a day on the mountain too, don’t forget to write your name down in the list for the spa. The area is pretty good too, everything’s close by

The check-in and check-out process was easy. The place was really clean and modern, I love that everything is pretty much new. It is pretty neat that the coffee table has wheels for easy access to the sofa bed. The sofa bed sleeps 2 and my friends were sleeping there comfortably while I slept on the king bed upstairs. I did not get to use any of the facilities but the place itself is very comfy. Definitely recommend!

This unit by Mammoth Mountain Reservation was much better than I expected.

The pictures listed make the unit look outdated, but in person it did not seem like that at all. The place was clean, filled with many kitchen utensils, had enough pillows and blankets for two people, and parking was a very close walk. It was a big plus to have a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The location is close to the mountain and near bus stops. One thing I did not like about the unit was that the walls were very thin, which means you can easily hear the neighbors, and our neighbors were up late while we were trying to sleep. Besides that, it is a very wonderful place to book for a trip to Mammoth.
