Description

Beautiful 1 bedroom 2 bath condo. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family. This condo enjoys a view of the hillside and the woods. It is located on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooked meals and has new appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. Newer carpet and flooring throughout. The living room has new sofa sleeper and flat screen t.v. plus dvd player.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a queen size bed.

Maximum Occupany: This deluxe unit sleeps up to four guests, and is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay to explore the beautiful Eastern Sierras and surrounding areas! Upgrading to this deluxe unit pays for itself in comfort and quality.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

This Condo is very clean and very convenient location. I really love the 2 FULL bathroom. The master bedroom is very large. Very nice place. I would definitely rent again.

Was pretty great. The covered garage parking was a bonus during snowfall. The place could have been cleaner, the carpet for instance, and the sofa bed was not the best. And three stair flights up was a lug. But the location was choice and the vibe was stoked.

Excellent fully remodeled condo great for a small family. Great location with regards to proximity to hot tub however it was sadly broken the entire length of our trip so we never got to use it.

Nice place and great location. Good setup with everything you need, and the 2 bathrooms are a big plus. Quick walk to Canyon lodge with the Ski Back Trail as an option to drop you off at the end of the day.

Loved the place! It was very cozy and cute. There was plenty of space for my family. There was enough open space which was perfect for my kids to have space to play. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect cabin for the family. Super cute and cozy. It was bigger than we thought so my little kids had space to play. I would recommend this cabin and would rent it again for my family!

Place is clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Management never responded to any of our questions/concerns despite reaching out to them a few times, so do not expect anything from them. They will send check in/out details promptly. Internet goes in and out of working effectively. Great proximity to the mountain and town. Good value for the quality and location.

Beautiful unit. I loved having the garage parking as well. First time in Mammoth Lakes and we can’t wait to come back again! (Nice contactless process as well)

Location is pretty perfect. The place itself was cute and comfortable. Only had one strange early morning maintenance knock to pick up a TV. , but didn't take it. We stayed 2 nights but received a parking pass for one night. That was also strange.. other than that, I would stay there again.
Manager response: We apologize about the early morning knock. Our maintenance staff realized it needed more than 1 person to carry out and they mentioned that someone from your party asked them to do it after your departure. If you arrived after the office hours, the late arrival packet indicated that you needed to officially check into the office the next day. That is when you receive the parking passes for your stay versus the temporary parking over night. That is when you can also request for an extra key if so desired. Thank you for your review!

A charming and well kept condo. Ideal for our family of four. I would say perfect for two to avoid disrupting the living room. Close to Canyon Lodge, a short drive. We did not attempt to walk it. Perfect garage parking spot. The only negative was the flight of stairs after a long day of skin, just added to the burn.

Cabin rustic feel

Place was nice and rustic cabin feel, larger overall than we anticipated. Only issue was the loft was open to the below area and we have a baby so she heard us when she was trying to go to bed. The waterfall feature also sprayed water on to the floor, seems broken and needs some maintenance. The bed in the master bedroom was also hard as a rock and pillows were too, easy fix though. Overall though, the location was walking distance to Canyon lodge, was a larger place than anticipated and met nearly all our needs. We would stay here again (if they have a new king mattress).
