Description

NO PETS ALLOWED & NO MOUNTAIN BIKES. Recently Up-graded with a beautiful Remodel! New paint throughout, new carpet, new flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. New granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Up-graded living room, kitchen and dining room lighting with recessed lighting, new window coverings throughout the condo. This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

The living room is equipped with new couches, a new flat screen TV, with DVD player and sound bar. The kitchen is stocked with all your basic cooking needs and a gas stove! This condo is on the 2nd floor

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom is now equipped with a ceiling fan, new flat screen smart TV with a king size bed. The loft area has queen bed plus a set of twin bunk beds all with new bedding.

This condo offers beautiful art decor and the feeling of a home away from home.

Maximum Occupancy: This condo accommodates up to six people. No Sleeper sofa in living room. Once again, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and NO MOUNTAIN BIKES. This is Strictly enforced. Violators will be liable for any and all damages/cleaning charges.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Everything was great. It’s walking distance to Canyon lodge. The entrance road leading into the community is pretty steep. Can be a bit sketchy with snow on it. Very well equipped kitchen. Bring your own TP if you prefer comfort. Overall great, would stay there again.

The house is so close to canyon lodge made it so easy to come and go from the mountain the house is very comfy we enjoyed it very much

I've stayed in another unit at Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club before and very much enjoy it here. The units are not fancy but they are quite comfortable. The assigned, covered parking is very convenient given how much snow Mammoth gets, the indoor hot tubs are clean and well-maintained and always have friendly guests and good conversation, and the management is very friendly. My only upgrade request would be better internet. The WiFi can be spotty and is often too slow to stream anything.

This cute and clean condo has everything you can wish for. Cozy living room/dining area with a gas open-fire place, fully equipped kitchen, two roomy bedrooms upstairs and one large and a small bath. Being the corner condo gives privacy and great views. Having a garage is so helpful in snowy conditions. The only drawback was the thin walls which kept us awake a few nights, however we would still stay here again.

This clean and cozy corner unit has everything you can wish for! It feels cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the interior is cute and personal. It has great views and a wonderful fire place. The condo is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Beds were comfortable. One of the bedrooms were a bit thin-walled, we could hear the neighbors talking (late). Other than that, our family highly recommend this place! The garage was also very convenient after a week of snowing!

Clean, kitchen well stocked and good location. Only complaint is walls are thin and there were noisy neighbors up late 2 of our 3 nights.
Manager response: We are sorry to hear about the noise. Please remember that you can call the police dept for excessive noise after 10pm. Thank you for the review.

Place was great. My 5 year old called it the cozy condo, and it was. Perfect for my family. The only bummer was the fireplace was not working, and then on our last night the wall heater, stopped working as well. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay.
Manager response: The guest was notified in advance about the fireplace parts being on order and agreed to stay in the condo either way and was given a discount for that inconvenience. The manager on site was not notified about any wall heaters not working.

MS&RC's proximity to Canyon Ldge-Village-Town-ski back trail / special service of Rosario + Matt + staff / incredible weather inspiring a wide scope of skiing (backside of mtn to June) + snow-shoe + unlimited views = wonderful family adventure to the Eastern Sierra's.....thank you!

Great unit for a family

This is a great unit for a family. It was centrally located in Mammoth - walking distance from Canyon Lodge and the Village. The unit was clean and and well kept. It does require guests to climb a couple flights of stairs from the parking lot, which was fine for our family. Certainly recommend this condo to others. Thank you for a nice stay in Mammoth!
