This two-bedroom with loft, 2 full baths, and half bathroom condo that is perfect for families of up to 6 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your home cooking needs. With upgraded appliances, fridge, and stove plus bar stool eating area.

The downstairs has all new wood floors and new carpet throughout the upstairs. Nice, big dining area with table with chairs that has a view looking into the woods. Large living area with plenty of room for the whole family; living room equipped with large TV, comfortable sofa, couples sofa and recliner chair. No sofa sleeper) The half bath is located downstairs just outside of the living area.

The master bedroom is downstairs with private full bath, king size bed with upgraded furniture. Upstairs you will find the loft, 2nd full bath, and private bedroom. Loft is furnished with a bunk bed, full on the bottom and twin on the top plus a twin trundle that pulls out. There is also a TV in the loft. The private bedroom has a queen size bed and is bright and open. This unit is nestled in the woods, peaceful and quiet away from the main office building. However, it is close to the tennis courts, upper spa and community bbq’s. This condo is located on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx 1/4 a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is on a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On-site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Comfortable and cute place

We enjoyed our stay in Mammoth at this condo. The place was clean, cutely decorated and very comfortable for 5 adults. The location is close to the Village and the slopes. It snowed a lot during our stay, but they cleared the driveway/complex road quickly. There was garage parking for one car, which helped. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Our family of 8 had a a great time in Mammoth. The property was very spacious and the amenities were excellent, just a short drive to Canyon lodge and having reserved parking at the property made it one less thing to worry about. Cant wait to come back to Mammoth and stay here again!

Check in and Check out were very easy. Parking with more than two cars is very difficult.

Manager response: Most condominium complex have a 2 car maximum. There are public parking options at the Mammoth RV Park and The Village.

Great location, about a 10 min walk to Canyon Lodge. Only downside is that it is an uphill walk that may be tough while carrying all of your snow gear. And there is also a three flights of stairs to walk up to get to your room. But the kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you would need and the beds are all very comfortable. Highly recommended
