Maximum Occupancy: This condo sleeps 4.

Bed Arrangement: In this one bedroom 2 bath condo the master has a queen bed and TV.

Main Area: The living room has a TV, VCR, sofa sleeper.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the spa, saunas, tennis courts, and community barbeques. This is the perfect unit for the budget minded and is 20% cheaper than our other one bedroom units. This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Cozy condo for night of lights

Check in was contact less, with keys left for us in lock box. Covered parking in garage is a big plus! The condo is a little worn, but very comfortable bed and couch. It was exactly what we needed and a bargain compared to everything I could see. Thank you!

Mammoth mountain

Our stay was great. Place was conveniently located to everything. Heater was a little noisy in the main bedroom and that was my only issue so we had to have it off at night bc it was just too loud and would wake us up. Hot water and clean towels and right next to the gondola or the mountain. Thanks for the memories!

It had everything we needed for a few days in the summer. Adequate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, tiny little deck, quite clean, good wifi. My only criticisms are nitpicks: the shared entrance isn't ideal during COVID but it had decent airflow. The unit faces north so is quite dark during the day. You can hear the upstairs unit pretty clearly. The padded toilet seat in one of the bathrooms can probably be replaced. But you won't find a better option in Mammoth for the price!

Hubby and I rented this unit for a 2 day snowboarding getaway. Quiet and comfortable. Great location, decent price, fairly well equipped, easy check in and check out, enclosed garage parking all very nice. The indoor jacuzzi was a welcom bonus after all day on the mountain The condo was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. decor is a little dated, but that was not a big deal. We would rent this place again for sure.

Love the layout and looks way better than in the pics. Close proximity to Canyon Lodge if you plan to ski or snowboard. Comes with garage parking, which i was thankful for - did not have to dig my car out of the snow. This will be the first place I will look at when i plan my next visit.

Stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. The condo is very spacious and clean. TV's and appliances are newer, although the decor is dated. 2 full bathrooms is a nice perk - allowed us to spread our stuff out and let my girlfriend have a space all to herself. The pool was really nice and heated to a reasonable temperature. There was a hot tub right there as well as one in a more convenient location to the condo itself. Staff was super nice and check in/out was a breeze. Town trolley stops right near the Ski & Raquet Club entrance, and the village is just under a mile away - a very pleasant walk when the weather is good in the summer. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our snowboarding trip! Super easy access, more space than expected, clean and had all necessities. We had four girls and I would stay again, close to canyon lodge can walk but we drove and it was really easy getting in and out.

Great little spot

Great little spot near Canyon Lodge. We had a cozy and comfortable time there. Warning to future visitors: the building is at the top of a steep hill. If it is snowing or the roads are icy, it can be extremely tough getting up the hill. My friend and I had chains on his car and were barely able to get up without sliding out. One woman in an SUV could not make it at all.
Manager response: We do recommend on bringing your chains or cables even if you have a 4 wheel drive. The weather in the Sierras can be unpredictable.
