Description

MSRC Unit 62 is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo and it has the convenience and comfort of home. The unit has upgraded beige berber carpet. The bedrooms have upgraded furniture including premium mattresses, box springs, and bedding. The owners have strive to make this unit fresh, clean and comfortable. This unit is on the 1st floor from the garage and there are no elevators. This unit is close to spa, pool, bbq and rec room.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit accommodates up to 6 people.

Bed Arrangement: There is a queen sized and full sized bed in the 2nd bedroom with a California King in the Master. Each bedroom is also equipped with a TV. The living room has a convertible queen sized sofa bed.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! There is a 42 inch TV in the living room with a DVD player and VCR.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This sunlit unit has views of Crowley Lake and the Sherwin Mountains.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Right next to Canyon Lodge, very easy to walk there with your skis and gear. More space than I was expecting.

The pictures are accurate and the kitchen worked out well. Bring food and save some money on meals as food at the mountain is ridiculously expensive.
