Description

Welcome home to this beautiful 1 bedroom plus loft family friendly and pet friendly condo. 1 pet MAX allowed.

Downstairs: Enjoy fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Including a Kuerig coffee maker. It is stocked with all the staples to prepare a home-cooked meal. Dining room table to enjoy your family meal. Propane fireplace to keep you cozy on the cold winter nights. Large windows to enjoy the sunlight and comfortable couch to relax and watch tv on the flat screen.

Bed Arrangement: In the master bedroom you will find 2 twin bunk beds with flat screen TV the open loft features a king size bed. Both rooms have doors but the loft is open and looks down to the living area below. Please note the bunk beds have a weight limit of 165 lbs. Please do not exceed!

This condo is in a prime location near the upper spa and tennis courts in the summer and near the ski back trail in the winter. It is located on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

Maximum Occupancy: Accommodates 6 people.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

We really enjoyed our stay here

It was a 10 minute walk to Canyon lodge and there is a close shuttle stop. The space was comfortable for 5 of us. The top bunks have a weight limit of 160lbs just FYI. The couch is comfy for sleeping if you need it. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything anyone would need was there. Super comfortable furniture. Easy to control electronics and joining Wifi. Loft got a bit warm, but manageable with the fan and open windows to vent.

Very clean and well equipped unit. Our boys loved the bunk beds and the large flat screen TV was excellent. The unit even had bowls for dog food.
