Description

Welcome home to this beautiful, clean, modern 1 bedroom plus loft condo with 2 bathrooms. Comfortable for a family of 6.

Main Floor: You will enjoy a view of the Sherwin Mountains from the balcony or in a living room with a propane fireplace to enjoy in the wintertime. A flat-screen TV to watch your favorite movies/shows after a day of outside activities.

Kitchen: Enjoy the luxury and convenience of an upgraded kitchen with brand new appliances. It is fully stocked with a large variety of cookware, dishes, towels, and flatware. You will enjoy a new coffee system, toaster/pizza oven, blender, crockpot, and rice cooker.

Upstairs: In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed and a flat screen smart tv. In the private loft area, you will find the comfort of a queen sized bed as well as a set of twin bunk beds. The loft looks down to the dining/living room area.

This condo is in a prime location near the upper spa and tennis/pickle ball courts in the summer and near the ski back trail in the winter. It is located on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. You will find lots of sleds for family fun in the wintertime.

Maximum Occupancy: Accommodates 6 people.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There are extra blankets and comforters to keep you cozy as well as plenty of linens and towels.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is on a first come first serve basis; please check in with the office first.

On-site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Amazing condo with beautiful views

We came for a short stay on our way to Utah and could not be more pleased with these accomodations. The whole Mammoth area is amazing and the view from the unit is beautiful. Wish we would have brought our bikes to join the many riders using the trails in the area. The kitchen has all brand new applainces and has tons of kitchen gadgets including slow cooker, rice cooker, mini-oven for pizza, and a new coffee maker. Tons of dishes, pots and pans. The main bedroom has a king bed, tv and dvd player and is very roomy. The loft which has a a queen bed and bunk beds, has its own door for privacy. There are lots of extra quilts, bedding, towels and pillows. Downstairs the large sectional is super comfortable and the is a new large sony frame tv. Tons of games for the whole family. There is a small balcony with a table to enjoy moring coffee that has a beatiful view of the mountains . There is a garage which we did not utilize. There is quite a few steps to get up to the unit , two floors and no elevator. It is close to the tennis court which we enjoyed. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay during ski season. We understand that you can ski in and out of the unit in the winter.
