Maximum Occupancy: This condo accommodates up to 6 people!

Bed Arrangement: There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom in the loft there is a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. There is no sofa sleeper in the living room.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a smart flat screen TV

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This condo has an awesome view of the surrounding mountains!

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.
