Description

This condo comfortably sleeps10 people. This is a standard pet friendly 2 bedroom/loft/2.5 bath condominium with private wireless internet.

Unit Amenities: The condo has a full size kitchen and separate dining area that leads out to your very own private deck. The deck is stacked with dry, seasoned firewood for your use in the wood stove. The full size kitchen has all the basic appliances and equipment for your comfort and convenience. The living room has a 3 disc CD stereo, a New Flat Screen TV, and a DVD player with free wifi and cable and some movie channels (check channel 40 for all listings).

Bed Arrangements: The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, a New Flat Screen TV, and a private bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a small New Flatscreen TV and a VHS player. The loft has a queen size bed, 2 twin beds, a set of bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs there is a full size bathroom with a tub, shower, and a separate vanity area.

Common Area Amenities: In the recreation room there is coin operated laundry machines, a pool table, a ping pong table, video games, a soda machine, and a small reading area. The jacuzzi and dry sauna are open year round. The pool is heated from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. Also for your enjoyment are gas barbecues located in the pool area all year long.

Fit 10 people comfortably. Nice kitchen with all the pots and pans your need. 10 minute walk from Canyon Lodge (up hill on the way there but a good warm up).

Multiple people had work one day and we had no issues with WiFi for calls and working. Cozy and not too tight. Well updated kitchen and spacious living room to host plenty of people for a weekend trip. Parking was not an issue.

My family and I love Mammoth! Great place to get away for a short trip. This is our first time staying here and it was very impressive! Stayed at many places and this tops one of the best place. It was very spacious, cozy, and CLEAN. Would definitely stay here again!

Decided to choose this place because of the loft. It was perfect for my 2 boys along with their 3 cousins. I did overlook the pet ok! My son is allergic to dogs and it seemed like the place still had some dog dander along with pet hair. He had to take some allergy medicine. Other then that, we love the place and area was perfect. It was snowing and there were hills where they were sledding. They all had a blast.

This rental was more than I expected and was stoked to find. Two bedrooms plus a loft allowed all my guests to relax comfortably. The rental had a full kitchen with brand new appliances. And, the fact that this rental was dog friendly was an extreme plus for me as I had my two dogs with me. The rental is very close to the slopes making it an ideal stay for snow-boarders and skiers. Only "con" is the steep road to the rental... In the event of snowfall, you must have a vehicle with 4x4 (which we did) or bring chains. Otherwise, you have the potential of not being able to exit the complex.

Stayed with my husband, 2 teen boys and a small dog. There was plenty of space for all of us! Although the condo is quite dated, it was clean and it also has a newly remodeled kitchen, which was very nice!

We really enjoyed out stay. The condo is very nice throughout. Clean and comfortable overall. The kids enjoyed the Netflix subscription. Our only warning is that if it snows, it can be very difficult to get up the steep driveway — even with chains on. I think that should be added to the overall description. We had two cars and both needed to be towed up the driveway which cost us $185.00.

There was plenty of room for 8 guests and the place was clean and comforting. It was the perfect place to come back to for a fire and dinner after a day out in the snow. The carpet had a little wear, but that is the only thing I noticed that you couldnt see from the pictures. Overall, great time.

This place is closer to Canyon Lodge than we expected when we booked it which was nice. The downside, our unit (152) and several others are in a tricky spot of the parking lot. There is a small, steeply downhill turn to get to it and an AWD Subaru (no chains) could not make it up without us pushing. So make sure you are ready for that if you are in one near 152. In a less intense storm or in dry conditions this place would be much more desirable, but inside the actual unit itself it had a LOT or room to sleep people, nice kitchen, all around I would recommend it (just make sure you are ready car-wise).
Manager response: We do apologize for the way that the complex was designed. With storms coming in we always recommend to bring chains even if you have all wheel/4 wheel drive. We are glad that you enjoyed the condo.

Repeat visitors, Always great. One issue, cable reception on main tv has been an issue on 3 visits. Usually resort to streaming on laptop in the evening.
