Maximum occupancy: This unit sleeps 4 people comfortably but is equipped for 6.

Bedroom Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king size bed. There are bunk beds in the alcove with a separate full bathroom. The living room sofa doubles as a pull out queen size bed!

Unit Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure! The living room has a TV/VCR/DVD and Wi-Fi with a wood burning stove (fireplace). It has a nice balcony and breathtaking views.

On site amenities: There is a jacuzzi on site, underground parking, a tennis court, recreation room and laundry facilities.

It's only 2 blocks away from Canyon Lodge for skiers and the Blue Line Bus stops in directly in front of the driveway. This unit is a short drive to Twin Lakes for the fishermen, hikers, bikers, and the great outdoors.

We stayed from April 7-11, 2021. We were very happy with our vacation rental in Mammoth. It was perfect for our family of 4. Things we liked: - Having two full bathrooms with excellent water pressure. - There were paper seals on the toilets, indicating they were professionally cleaned before our arrival. - The bunk bed for kids, which was also close to the 2nd bathroom. - Full, clean kitchen with complete set of dinnerware, silverware, full size refrigerator, sink, pots/pans (even a steamer!) - View of snowy mountains and trees outside. - Wifi strong enough to stream on multiple devices for parents and kids (at least for our stay) - Open floor plan that is very bright and spacious. - Dining table for 4 for sit-down meals. - Great location close to sledding, snow tubing, hiking areas around Mammoth, as well as the gas station, grocery, sporting goods store, and many restaurants. - Ease of picking up and dropping off keys to the rental property. We would definitely consider booking another stay here if we return to the area!

We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room to sleep and relax. Mom + Dad + 3 little boys. <br/>The first thing I noticed and really appreciated was how clean the unit had been kept. The bed sheets were all white and the pillows as well, along with the towels. I do not like old stained sheets with crazy prints that don't match. No matter how clean they are, everything looks dirty. You have no idea how happy this made me.<br/>The carpet was clean and the floor in the kitchen. The kitchen was also updated and nice. We did not use the pullout couch, but I'm sure it would have been as good as a pull-out couch could be. Our unit was very close to the main office and the bus stop is directly out front when exiting the building. We had plenty of fire wood and ALL the heaters worked really well. Even the heat in the bathroom was very strong. 5 heaters total I believe, and they kept the place nice and warm. The kids really liked the bunk beds and they were fine to sleep. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, also clean and nothing was too cluttered. <br/>The location is great, you could walk to Canyon Lodge and you could walk to the village.<br/>My only complaints are I wish there would have been more places to hang our coats! There was only one coat rack with 4 hooks. There is plenty of wall space, so my advice to the owners is to please add an additional wall mounted coat rack. If you say you can accommodate 6 you should have at least 6 coat hooks. We each had a ski jacket and our hooded sweatshirts. Not to mention hats and such. The king size mattress in the bedroom felt a bit thin. I would give it a 6/10. But the TVs were a great size and easy to use. The boys played video games and had no complaints. <br/>Also, nothing major, but there wasn't a (much needed) drying rack. It would have been nice if there were kitchen scissors too. <br/>Overall, I would recommend this unit to a friend and I will rent this specific unit again.<br/>Thank you for being clean and hassle free. <br/>G

The condo was clean. It is quite spacious for a 1 bedroom with more than enough room for 2 adults/2 kids. We had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet falling off but the property managers were amazing and came over right away.

Close to Gondola and town. Very clean. Staff always very helpful in checking in and out. Super easy. Will be back!

Upon arrival everything was really clean and it was pretty spacious. We were excited about the amount of kitchen amenities provided to us like the blender/toaster/kettle. It got a little warm at night though which made it slightly difficult to sleep since there was no air conditioning and we came in the summer. Overall, we will definitely come back and we recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a convenient place in mammoth!

GREAT Location near bus stops, canyon lodge the village. Easy to get in and out. Amenities were just as described. Updated kitchen was nice. Customer service was great and flexible during the busy holiday season. I would absolutely<br/>Stay at this property again.

Unit is nicely updated , very bright. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately the Refriferator freezer makes a rattling noise which kept the people sleeping on the sofa and in the alcove up at night. No sponge was provided and a light bulb was burnt out. Lastly the main large jacuzzi at the complex is under renovation (has been since November). So we had to walk from bldg A to C outside on the ice. Very slippery and dangerous. IA

The WiFi was not setup according to the welcome package and when I complained the owners insisted that I was wrong. The managing agent said there was nothing they could do. They did come over and we resolved the issue half way through my stay-but who wants the hassle on a short trip? The TV in the bedroom did not work either. The managing agent fixed it withing a day, but once again who needs the problems?

We really enjoyed our stay in unit #63. It&#039;s located right next to the free shuttle that takes you around Mammoth. No need to drive. This unit fits four perfectly. The sofa turns into a bed to accommodate 6 if needed. One recommendation is take a lock or two. There is also a cabinet above your assigned parking spot that you can store things in that requires a lock. We would definitely consider staying here for our future stays. Don&#039;t forget your wine glasses, foil and ziplock baggies. There is a Von&#039;s grocery store approximately 1.5 miles away for anything you forget. Don&#039;t forget to check out jacuzzi and pool table room.
