Shelter Distilling, located in The Village at Mammoth Lakes, offers excellent craft spirits and a small selection of tasty eats to pair with your beverage. Their selection changes over time, but you can expect some craft whiskey, gin, agave, vodka and often a liqueur of some sort.

Everything! What's that? You're going to behave yourself? Okay then, here are a few of our favorites:
- Daisy If You Do - Blue agave, lime, pineapple and jalapeno syrup
- Barrel Aged Maple Old Fashioned - Single malt whiskey, orange bitters and maple syrup
- Cafe Da Mahna - vodka, coffee liqueur, cream, maple, orange and nutmeg
What to Eat at Shelter Distilling
- Roasted Red Bell Pepper Chicken Pizza - red bell pepper, chicken, tom, onions and mushrooms on top of fresh mozzarella
- Meat & Cheese Plate - this plate is delicious, with manchego, cypress gove, prosciutto and more
- Shrimp Tacos - with house made salsa, creamy carrot sauce and green cabbage

- Tasting Bar & Cocktail Bar: Open daily, 11am - Close (usually 11pm)
- Kitchen: Open daily, 1pm - 9pm
