Housekeeping & Maintenance
Our #1a Priority! Rental income is important, but more important is protecting your Mammoth investment. Through meticulous inspections, training, technology, and follow up, we have achieved what we believe to be the highest quality of management in the area.
Housekeeping crews are in house and continuously trained to look for the ‘little things’ and to report any maintenance problems immediately. We are proud to boast that most of our housekeeping crew has tenure of over eight years with Mammoth Mountain Reservations. We hire the best and keep them.
We use the highest quality amenities and the best linens available. Fitted sheets too!
While the housekeeping staff is important, we insure units are clean and properly maintained by using a second level of supervision. All units are inspected by management level staff following cleaning then again prior to an arrival if the unit has sat empty for too long.
Our maintenance staff is also in house has extensive experience in general household repairs and upgrades. Whenever possible a problem in your unit will be inspected first by one of our staff. Often, repairs can be made in house saving you up to half the cost of service calls and high hourly fees charged by electricians, plumbers, etc.
We do our best to make owning a second home in Mammoth as easy as possible. We realize that most of you don’t live close to Mammoth making it difficult to organize and schedule maintenance services such as carpet replacement, painting, appliance purchase and deliveries, etc. We have maintained a priority relationship built over 30 years with contractors and vendors from all trades.
