Plenty of room for our family of four. It was a great take off and landing spot for many adventures in and around Mammoth Lakes.

The property is a great value for those that want to be walking distance to restaurants and the market. It is a bit far from the lifts but the value and the fact there is a washer/dryer coin op was a no brainer for us. There is plenty of parking and it was definitely a cozy place.

This condo complex looks 1970s ish but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the unit had been completely updated. The owner clearly takes pride in their place. Nice furnishings throughout from furniture to beds to the kitchen. The only things to know is that there are no pellets for the stove (seems to be a recurring problem which must be the property management) but all the wall heaters kept the unit warm. The upstairs floors are very squeaky - maybe the only thing missed in the reno. Note also that there is a TV but no cable or any service so do not expect to watch anything unless you stream it from your phone to the TV (there are some installed apps on the TV but could not figure out how to add). Close to Vons grocery and other restaurants etc but about 5 min drive to the Village. Overall, a great place and I would definitely stay there again.
Manager response: We apologize about not having pellets. I'm sure if you called the management office, they could have provided you with some. Both owner and management take responsibility for ordering the pellets, we just were not notified that it needed to be replenished. Thank you for your review.

I used the Hospitality mobile app and property managers answered all my questions (forgot wifi password, return key location)

This bright and newly remodeled one bedroom plus loft condominium is located in a quiet area of the property, close to parking.

The living room comfortably seats 4, has a balcony and a 50" flat screen TV with a DVD player. A half bath is located on this level. The kitchen, with newly remodeled cabinets and counters, has a balcony that steps outside with easy access to the parking area. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen table, and a pellet stove in the living room. In the loft there is a master bedroom with balcony, a queen bed and a 40" flat screen TV. A second sleeping area in the loft with French doors for added privacy has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. A full bath is located on this level. Unique with this condominium is an area in the loft with a washer and dryer.

This condominium offers complimentary wireless internet access. The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of our units. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy.
