Great condo for our winter stay

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this Condo for a January weekend. It was completely clean, stocked with towels, soap, and more than enough of the basics needed in the kitchen. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, and we were able to walk to Canyon Lodge and an easy drive to the Village. Overall, amazing stay!

We chose this rental because it was the right size and had a view. Unfortunately for most of our stay we were unable to see anything in the distance due to the amount of smoke in the air. It did clear up our last day there and the view was spectacular. The condo was comfortable and a great place to do jigsaw puzzles and play games. It had everything in the kitchen that we needed to prepare all our meals. It was a nice place to reconnect with our daughter.

This condo was exactly as described. Perfect for 6 people with enough room to have people over to hang out. The condo is really close to Canyon Lodge. The walk to Canyon lodge is doable. The walk back is a bit of a struggle because you have to climb a hill in snow gear. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, a crock pot, griddle, etc. The 12 cup coffee maker was excellent for getting us going in the morning. Only downside was that the hot tubs were NOT hot.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the condo was perfect.

Kids loved the bunk bed in the loft and living room was just cozy enough for us to sit and play games, watch movies and relax. There was a little empty parking area right out front where we made a snowman with the kids and had a snowball fight. The condo was also a 5-minute walk to Canyon Lodge and a 5-minute drive to the Village, so that was very convenient for us. Overall, great experience and memorable trip for us all.

This is a GREAT place to stay in Mammoth for anything and anybody. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The master bedroom is great, as well as the guest bed with ANOTHER king bed and a solid bunk bed for a few more guests. The kitchen has everything you could need. Smart TV, fire place, bathrooms are all A+'s. The remodel the owner did on this condo sure was worth it because I would recommend staying here to anyone.

MSRC Unit 66 has been through a complete renovation as of 11/2017. This one bedroom has a fully enclosed loft making it a private bedroom. It also has two beautifully renovated bathrooms condo. This condo has some of the best, breath taking views in the entire complex! Living room is complete with a flat screen TV, DVD player, new gorgeous custom fireplace and couches (no sleeper sofa). The dining room area is directly off the kitchen with your own private balcony. This condo is close to seasonal pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, rec room and office.

Maximum Occupancy: Great for a large family/large group of 6.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed plus flat screen smart TV and has a ceiling fan. The enclosed private loft has king size bed with bunk beds (queen bottom and twin top) plus a flat screen TV and ceiling fan.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: Unit 66 has an overlooking view of the Mountains right from its balcony!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
