I would recommend this condo. It is a short walk to Canyon Lodge and made snowboarding ops efficient. Easy access to bus line and gondola to The Village if needed. The condo was a good size for my friends with all of our gear. The bed in the master bedroom is VERY soft and I had a difficult time sleeping because of that. The 2 full bathrooms were helpful with us having 4 people. Hot tubs were great. The complex was quiet and parking was not an issue during the week.

The property's description on the VRBO website is completely misleading. This is not a deluxe and luxurious unit. The "widescreen TV" in the Livingroom is maybe 20". The kitchen utensils are old and mismatched. The fireplace works via a thermostat which is not easy to control. The temperature had to drop inside the condo for the fireplace to turn on, in which you had to open the sliding doors in order to make the thermostat to kick in (counter intuitive). The bed in the master bedroom was flimsy and you need to sleep on the edges otherwise you would sink in to the middle of the bed. Additional support to the bedframe was missing in the center section. Also, they failed to mentioned that the unit has stairs.

It was a nice little place for a get away to the mountain. It is close but not walking distant to the Canyon Lodge. Overall the condo is close to the office and hot tub.

We just stayed here during our kids ski week. The place was perfect for the 4 of us. My kids loved that there were two bunk beds so they didnt have to fight over who got the top bunk. It was clean and close to the canyon lodge. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautifully updated/upgraded, but it could use some sprucing up. The master bed was VERY comfortable - although, the bedspread could use a good cleaning. The condo sleeps 8 but there were not enough bath towels for 8 people and we were there for 5 nights. It has 3 TVs but all 3 are old style flat screens and very small. They seriously need to upgrade them to large, modern TVs with HDMI and USB ports for connecting Apple TV and ROKU, etc. for today's tech savvy crowd. They offered TAPE players and VHS tapes to view! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear but lacked enough silverware, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and had only one kitchen towel. The condo is pretty and well decorated and the living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen and master bedroom had great lighting, but the rest of the room had very dim lighting. We had to remove a few lampshades to get better light. They could invest in some brighter LED lights and still save power costs. I was thankful we brought extra toilet tissue because we would have run out otherwise. The kitchen appliances are nice. The fireplace is nice and the other room heaters work well. The garage space is really tight. Overall I was glad to spend our Christmas there and we enjoyed it but they need to improve some things. For sure they need to upgrade the TVs!! It seemed to be clean overall but could have used a little better dusting.

Great time, clean and beautiful. Heater worked amazing, and had to crack the patio door open to cool off the condo. Would love to come back again.

Make sure you bring everything with yourself stuff to cook. Theres no salt or any seasonings or any oil. And they need new sets of pots and pans. The living room was a little small but overall it was nice and clean.

Granite counters were very nice, and updated kitchen and bathrooms were great. One bathroom is upstairs, but both bedrooms are downstairs with the second bathroom. One bedroom is very large with 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a full below and a single on top. It has its own washer and dryer in the closet of the large bedroom, which is very handy, though it is too noisy to run at night. It has 3 TVs, one in each bedroom and one upstairs, though the TVs are a bit small. Initially, we could not get the TV in the small bedroom to work, until we spoke with the manager who told us the trick to make it work. Also, initially, had trouble adjusting the thermostat for the upstairs fireplace, it is also finicky and probably just needs to be replaced, though it worked if you pressed the buttons repeatedly enough. There is an enclosed garage space for 1 car that was great when it snowed, though, as always in Mammoth, very tight. Main problem was as skiers, it was just not realistic to walk very day to Canyon Lodge carrying skis and wearing ski boots. While it is a relatively easy walk without skis and boots, with ski equipment, it is just too far. We ended up just making the very short drive and parking by Canyon Lodge, but this only works on weekdays as the parking lot fills up very early on weekends. There is a nice little common area rec room with a pool table, and a couple of video games though it was very dimly lit. There is also a nice sized spa and a dry sauna, though the water looked a bit murky and it can get fairly crowded at times. It is possible to ski back to these condos using the Ski Back Trail, which runs slightly above and behind the condos, but there is no sign on the trail to indicate when you need to turn off to ski down to the condos, and the trail is too high above the road, to climb up to the trail to ski to the lifts. Overall, it was comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for our family of four, and the on site management was helpful and courteous. But if you are skiing and want to walk to Canyon Lodge, I might look for a place somewhat closer.

If you want to feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel, this unit is for you. This 2 bedroom has been completely renovated. The kitchen has all new appliances, dark hardwood cabinetry, beautiful marble counters and a stone tiled floor. This condo also features a gas range. The bathrooms shine with their details. The shower stalls are decorated with tile mosaics, while the rest of the bathroom has stone tiled flooring, and marble counters.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit can accommodate a total of 6 people.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, queens on bottom and twins on top.
No sofa sleeper is available.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a 32" TV and a DVD/VCR player. This unit has all new carpets throughout with all dark wood doors, crown and floor molding.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.
