It had all the amenities we needed and expected. Easy to take the bus or walk to canyon lodge. We brought our dogs and met many friendly dog owners. Garage parking is a big plus. Just make sure to check the height of your vehicle. Especially if you have a ski box mounted. We would definitely come back.

The condo was clean. The location is good and we liked having the garage. The condo is dated for sure. A bit hot in the upstairs loft bedroom for the summertime. The fan helped but could have been better. The bed is marginal and ready to replace. We really liked that it was dog friendly.

We stayed here with our two dogs, we greatly appreciate that they’re dog friendly. Unit was nice and well stocked aside from the fact that they only had four pillows to accommodate for guests, and only two blankets. Highly recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets, but other than that, we thought that this place was very nice.

Great condo…Easy check in…very clean property.super close to Canyon…parking was great. Met some awesome folks at the jacuzzi…pet friendly but zero signs of past pets….kitchen was clean and had everything necessary for an at home dinner. Will be back

This property held my family of 3 + a Black Lab very nicely. Love the fact that there are 2 bathrooms - this makes it feel bigger than the square footage. Comfortable place and it is a short walk to Canyon Lodge. Would recommend.

It was perfect. Close to beautiful hikes for my dog and I. Walking distance to Canyon lift. Beautiful day skiing, great, clean, well-stocked place. I will definitely be saving this one for future!! (FYI, I went to use to lighter and it was out of gas so I threw it away wanted to let you know). Thanks, again, for letting by Hudson and I stay at your place.

The proximity to Canyon lodge with the ability to “ski home “ at the end of of the day made for an excellent experience. Access to trails behind the property was also a great feature.

Great spot for easy mountain access, especially when you want your fur babies with you. Right off the village ski back trail, however it is a little hard to find. The unit was cozy, but could use some minor upgrading for the price. Would stay here again! Could not get the espresso machine to work, and the dishwasher was very very loud. nicer pillows would go a looong way. love the take a bottle, leave a bottle wine fridge and the guest book - great touches. was really looking forward to using the ski back trail from the mountain but there is no signage as to the best way to get there on the complex.

This cozy studio-loft with 2-full bath unit (sleeps 4) will quickly be your favorite place to
stay with your pets. This condo is on the 2nd floor of M building, is close to the ski back
trail, and has one assigned garage parking spot. Please note, there are no elevators
onsite.

Downstairs: a new queen sofa sleeper (linens in the ottoman) and love seat, a new
Samsung smart TV with DVD player, multiple charging stations, and full bathroom.
Living area has updated artwork, the dining area (table and 2-seat bar), and the kitchen,
which has new appliances (countertop and full-size). There are games, books, and
DVDs in the downstairs hall closet to enjoy by the propane fireplace.

Upstairs Loft: comfortable queen-bed, bedside lamps with USB-A/USB-C/standard
electrical plug, a new ceiling fan, a TV/DVD player, and its own full bathroom with
hairdryer.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps 4.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
