Description

Two bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished, pet-friendly condo. (This is a 1 Bedroom and loft unit converted to a two bedroom) Two hot tubs and a recreational room onsite. Seasonal pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and basketball court.

This unit's location has it all. Enjoy the impressive views of the Sherwin Mountains and the valley below from the living room and master bedroom. You are also conveniently located next to the Mammoth Ski and Racquet pool, hot tub, and office.

You will feel right at home in this cozy setting. Enjoy relaxing by the gas fireplace. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals for friends and family. Enjoy free WiFi and the quiet work area upstairs. Wind down with a movie in either the living room or master bedroom. Conveniently located coin op laundry just down the hall when needed. This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

This unit can accommodate 6 people.

Unit Amenities: The living room has a large sofa that converts to a Queen sleeper, a 55 inch flat screen wide angle TV, VCR/DVD, and CD player.

Bedding Arrangements: The master bedroom has a king bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV as well as a VCR/DVD player. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a Twin/Full bunk and a desk for any study or work needs.

There are also remote controlled ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The two full bathrooms have been updated with new paint, counters and sinks as of 2008.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful, winter wonderland stay at this unit! Couch was cozy and there was plenty of sleeping space for all! Sadly, the fireplace did not work during our stay (we were in touch with the office) but everything else was great! One recommendation - bring your own pillows. Unit pillows were not amaze. I did appreciate the sweet gesture of the unit providing hot chocolate pods for the kids (they loved this) and also them providing Red Solo cups for the adults! We would 100% stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Great little place! Easy to get to lifts, grateful we were able to bring the dog too. Just one thing is the stairs leading up to the second floor are really steep and kinda slippery with the old carpet! I slipped and fell on my butt pretty good and so did my fiance. Overall a great place and I'll be sure to remember your site for future bookings.

This was a beautiful unit with stunning views. The space was roomier then I expected and featured two full baths, which was a pleasant surprise for our group of five. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment one would need to make a hearty meal after a long day on the slopes. We enjoyed resting by the fireplace in the evening!
