This clean, bright and modern condo has been recently remodeled. New kitchen with new countertops, stainless steel appliances and ultra modern cabinets with all dishware to enjoy dinner. New flooring throughout. The bathrooms have been redone with beautiful tile work, flooring and sinks. Modern and classic touches and art work make this condo truly unique and comfortable for your stay.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps six people. | Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a new king bed. The second bedroom has a king and a set of twin bunk beds. This unit does not have a sofa sleeper.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with new stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a flat screen TV, VCR, Tape player and a sofa.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This condo enjoys a partial view of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Location was great; condo was somewhat old in style, etc., but very clean and livable. we spent a terrific 4 days (3 nights) before heading into the backcountry for a week Highly recommend. Thanks.

Sparkling clean spacious pet friendly condo

We arrived a little past check-in time and our keys were waiting for us at the office, including two parking permits. Parking was easy, even without the dedicated spot in the garage. The condo was sparkling clean, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were two families and two dogs and there was enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. King beds in both bedrooms are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen and the living room are perfect for after Mammoth adventure family meals. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

No surprises from the listing so that was huge! Great location and the check-in/check-out process was painless. There were more kitchen amenities than other places I have stayed so that was nice. The rooms had plenty of space. Seemed like older carpet but I understand that it is tough to keep looking new and clean. Everything else in the property was clean and we did not have any issue with appliances. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Our group of 3 adults, 2 kids and a dog enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the location and easy access. There are a few quirks to the place, but all in all it worked well for us. The place was clean and fresh and provided soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and towels. There were enough plates and glasses which was good since we ate every breakfast there and two dinners. The beds were comfortable - but I wouldn't let my kids sleep on the top bunk of the bunk beds...no railing, did not think it was safe (ladder was not great either). It was great being able to bring our dog, the corner location was right next to a snow storage area so great place to be. He made some friends.The TVs are old, but we did not have any issues with them - plenty of channels to watch.Two minor recommendations:It would be good to have some rugs or places to wipe shoes in the winter so that the snow is not dragged through...we brought in a towel and used that, but still the kitchen got wet.The downstairs bathroom door does not actually latch shut, so it pushes open. My dog kept pushing it open while we were showering...slightly awkward when you do not want everyone to see you getting out :PWe would stay there again!

Great condo! Clean, near canyon lodge and near the main office/pool/jacuzzi. Would definitely come back. Great service and friendly people at the main office too.

Convenient location but in need up updates

High Points: Great location, not just near to Canyon Lodge, but the front door is only a half flight of indoor stairs from the covered garage. Very easy to get gear in and out and no schlepping stuff on icy outdoor stairs. Beds are comfortable and bedding is clean. Bedrooms are quiet. Nice views of trees. Low Points: Kitchen is not just dated, cabinetry is in disrepair. More dishes and flat wear would be useful since there are only two coffee mugs and one bowl deep enough for cereal. The CRT TV receives only a couple channels poorly and there is nowhere to plug in an HDMI input. Hard floors are limited to the entry and small kitchen and there is carpet everywhere else, which is probably not cleaned often enough. There is even carpet around the toilets, which just cant be sanitary, although it wasnt even installed well and the tack strip is exposed. The condo feels neglected and in need of TLC.
