Description

This bright two bedroom, two bathroom flat is one of the closest to the ski mountain! With the master bedroom at one end and the second bedroom on the other side of the living room, this layout affords the most privacy.

This comfortable unit has updated qualities such as a tiled entryway, new paint, new living room furniture, new bathroom cabinetry, wall mounted hair dryers in both bathrooms, new kitchen counter tops, cabinets and new carpet.

Bed Arrangement: There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom, there is a queen bed and a trundle bed. For an additional sleeper, the living room sofa doubles as an extra sleeper.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a flat screen TV and blu ray DVD player. The 2 bedrooms also have flat screen TV's and DVD players.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV

Views: This condo has an awesome view of the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Mountain!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

Come stay in this unit and you will feel right at home.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

After a long drive in Icy conditions, my family and I arrived at the property, the check in was so simple and quick, we got our keys and were inside our unit in less than 5 minutes. the heater was on and condo was clean. Check out was just as quick, drop off the keys and that was it. Received a call from the host on the second day just to check in and see if we needed anything. A+++++++

The property was a 10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. The property across the street Mammoth West had a staircase that led you down to the main road. This came in handy when it was snowing, the road leading down from the condo was slippery. The only issue I would bring up was that the unit above was very noisy. The bedroom to the right I felt was right under their living room. You can hear everything and they moved around furniture and it was hard to sleep at some time. Other than that the location was great and very cozy.

We have stayed at this place many times. The unit itself is fairly clean and in working order. There is a vertical type window covering in master bedroom that should be replaced. Aside from that only a few stains on carpet. The beds are comfortable. <br/>

Great place.. perfect for 5 or 6 people. Very close to the canyon lodge.

My wife and 3 teenage kids came down for my oldest daughter&#039;s wedding. We all had enough room and felt at home while we were there. That&#039;s one less stress during this crazy time. The wedding was the most beautiful I have ever seen. We will come back and stay again!
