Dear Mammoth Homeowner, 

We appreciate your interest in Mammoth Homeowner Services.  We offer over 25 years of property management experience in Mammoth Lakes and provide our owners with the highest quality service available.  Our experienced and insured staff provides prompt, clean and complete care of your home.  Our main goals are to maintain the value of your investment and offer you and your guests convenient and stress free vacations.   

The following is a brief description of the services we offer.

Inspections

Homes area inspected inside and out weekly by trained staff and we endeavor to assign the same inspector for each visit.  Inspectors’ carry a detailed inspection list in additional to your personal ‘pet peeve’ items and a camera to document any maintenance issues. 

Housekeeping

We strive for excellence in housekeeping with our in-house maid staff and hands on management team.  Homes are cleaned by experienced staff and inspected after each cleaning by management.  We will wash your own bedding or offer high quality linens and towels at a small fee.  Kitchen and bath amenities such as soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. are also available upon request.  

Maintenance/Landscaping

Our staff is experienced in many aspects of home care including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.   We do our best to complete any repairs in house before calling an independent contractor saving you from service call fees and high hourly repair rates.  We keep many common repair materials in stock in order to minimize delays from having to order materials not commonly supplied by local hardware stores.  

Our landscaping crews are skilled in all aspects of lawn/garden care, irrigation repair and use only the finest fertilizers.  Irrigation systems are regular inspected/tested to insure consistent and uninterrupted watering cycles.  

Snow Removal

We have been in the snow removal business for over 20 years and own all of our own equipment.  We currently keep two front-end loaders and two high-powered snow blowers to expedite timely snow removal in even the heaviest snow storms.  

Our snow shoveling crews are continually supervised to keep costs in order.  Ground are employed in-house and a licensed sub contractor provides roof shoveling with the proper liability and workers compensation insurance to protect you and you property.  

Independent Contractor Services

Our long-term relationship with local contractors and tradesmen provides you priority service.  We will coordinate, supervise and confirm completion of repairs, upgrades, or remodels for a small fee based on the cost of the job.  In most cases we will also pay the contractor/vendor and bill you on your monthly statement.
