Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations less than 30 days, refunds are contingent on re-booking the unit, less a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is $150.00 Minimum or 10% when applicable. Reservation changes are subject to a $50.00 fee when applicable.

A refundable security deposit for each unit is required upon registration in the form of a credit card or cash. Specific unit numbers and bed configurations may be requested, but are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee snow. We offer daily towel service, but ask that you bring extra towels for the pool and spa. We make every effort to provide firewood at not cost, however, is subject to availability.

2 night minimum, varies from 3-6 nights during holiday periods.

Specific units booked through our online interface cannot be 100% guaranteed and we reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparably sized unit. We do make every effort to honor your request.

If you are using our on-line booking for a holiday reservation, we will hold the reservation on your credit card pending receipt of a check for the full amount within 7 days of booking. Non-holiday bookings will be charged to your credit card.

Sorry, NO pets. NO smoking inside units. 

NO STACKING!  The total people in a unit should match the total the unit sleeps.  This results in an immediate escort out of the unit and removal from Mountainback property.

Upon arrival an imprint of your credit card will be required as a security deposit which will be shredded after inspection the following day if no damages have been incurred.

You are responsible for all damages or missing items in the condominium you are renting.

There are no refunds for poor snow conditions, severe weather or early departure.

Check-in time is not guaranteed until 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am FIRM. Late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee without prior approval from the management.

CSA Travel Insurance:  This is Travel Insurance offered by Stay USA (a separate company from Mountain Management Services).  Our reservation company will not charge this to your account and if you chose to have Travel Insurance, all confirmations & directions will come from CSA Travel Insurance.
