Specific units booked through our on-line interface cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable unit. We do make every effort to honor your request.

Cancellations and Deposits
There is no refund for cancellations on lastminutemammoth.com bookings.   We urge you to select the vacation insurance option during the online booking process.

ISecurity Deposits
All units are individually owned and decorated. To avoid charges to your deposit, please do not remove any items from the unit. A  security deposit in the form of a blank credit card draft is required at check-in.  No charges will be applied to your card unless there is damage or theft to the unit and we have contacted you first.

Parking
Each unit has parking for one vehicle in the garage. Second parking permits are issued on a first come, first served basis. Each vehicle will require a parking permit at check-in. Vehicles without a valid parking permit will be towed.  No 3rd vehicles will be permitted.

Special Requests
Specific unit numbers and bed configurations may be requested, but are not guaranteed.

Check-in / Check-out
Check in time is 5:00pm. Early check-ins may be available if your unit is ready. Check-out time is 10:00am FIRM. Late check-outs are subject to additional fees. If you plan to arrive after office hours, a lock box is located just outside our office door for your convenience. Please call ahead for the current combination or refer to your confirmation. A member of our staff is on duty 24 hours. Should you require check-in assistance after office hours, please pick-up the emergency phone located just outside our front office door.

Rates
Rates are subject to change without notice. Room rates are subject to a 12% Town of Mammoth Lakes Transient Occupancy Tax.  All units have a 2 night minimum and vary from 3-6 nights during holiday periods.

Rooms Booked 3 days in advance are 10% off the nightly rate
Rooms Booked 1 to 2 days in advance are 15% off the nightly rate
Rooms Booked 1 to 2 days in advance for 3 or 4 nights are 20% off the nightly rate.

Rack rates for 5 or more nights already have discounts applied.  Bookings for 5 nights or more will be discounted an additional 10% for 1 to 3 days in advance.

Maid Service / Towel Exchange
Our units are housekeeping units. Towels are exchanged at your door  every other day.  If you leave for the day, please place soiled towels on the floor of your entryway inside the unit. Upon departure, please place dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. We will clean and replace linens after you leave.

Emergencies
A member of our staff is on duty 24 hours. Should you require assistance after 10:00pm and before 9:00am, please pick up the emergency phone located just outside our front office door. Otherwise, please call our office at 760.934.7368, or 911.

We do not guarantee snow. We provide towels and linens, but ask that you bring extra towels for the pool and spas. We make every effort to provide firewood at no cost, however, subject to availability.

Sorry, no pets. (Unless in a pre-arrange, designated pet unit.)

NO smoking inside units.

There are no refunds for poor snow conditions, severe weather or early departure.

Before driving to Mammoth, please be sure you have tire chains that fit your car (or 4 wheel drive with snow tires.) If it is snowing as you pass Bishop, (or earlier sometimes) look for chain control signs along the road. Don't wait to put on your chains, even if the roads do not appear slippery. Road conditions can change within a very short distance as you approach our location near Canyon Lodge.
